The quality of food is on par with other locations, but the service and competency of the staff in helping people is why this place is getting 1 starOrdered delivery via the app, the order took near an hour to be completed and delivered first off and when it arrived the bag was badly taped up and I was missing my drink and a burrito from my cravings comboAttempted to reach out to the store to have it corrected, but apparently they just don't care or can't understand the issue.all in all, I'd steer clear of this Taco Hell and go to their other locations around here. The food being decent is not worth the bungled service and clearly incompetent staff members.

I ordered on the app, and went to the store to pick it up. There they advised me the item I ordered was not available today, and that they had no way to cancel the order. I reached out to Taco Bell via the app to cancel and requested they refund me. They refused to refund. This is the second time this has happened. It’s not a lot of money, but the principle of repeatedly collecting payment, not fulfilling the order is suspicious. Avoid this store, and company in general.

I was just there ordered my lunch, got back to work only to find out they gave me the wrong order and no one will answer the phone. I don’t have time to leave after I’ve already been out for lunch. It’s not a surprise this location is always horrible I just deal with it because it’s close but I this will be the last time convenient or not.

We ordered ahead on the app. Picked up inside. Bag was stapled closed so we didn't open until we got home. Missing one item. Additionally an extra of another item so we adjusted and made do.
Every time I order the food is horrible, the staff always is playing a round, i ordered chips and cheese and the chips are always stale, they can’t Evan cook the chalupas correct, definitely need new management!!!! Beware they always get the orders wrong ALWAYS!!!!!!

Is it me has anyone else noticed the serving size is so much less ,I ordered a burrito like I always do and have for years it literally came out smaller than a taco. I used to be able to eat two bean burritos and a taco and beef full, lately and my appetite hasn't changed I swear I could eat six tacos and six bean burritos. What the hell is going on with the price. It's almost cheaper to eat at a sit down restaurant

I came into this store for dinner. The waitress was friendly, except when we came in, the whole staff was standing around laughing and talking in Spanish while I stood there waiting to order.Finally, one of them broke loose and took our order. The drink machine had all the drinks blinking blue, and I was afraid it was out of service. I had to ask several times before the young lady understood what I was asking and assured me it was ok.When my chicken burrito got there, it was delicious and fresh. The drinks were great. Then the end of my good night happened.My friend ordered cinnamon twists. With one bite, my taste buds were slaughtered! Yuck! They were rancid! One bite, and I couldn't get the horrible taste out of my mouth! The bag that they came in was soaked in rancid grease, like they had been sitting for hours. The taste was sickening. My friend went up and complained,And after speaking to several people, they finally gave her fresh ones. I couldn't stand to even try another one because the taste in my mouth was so strong! I decided to go brush my teeth and was informed that the bathrooms were out of order! Both of them? I asked them about the law about having a bathroom and got a shoulder shrug.I won't be back. I certainly hope the staff has some way to wash THEIR hands! As I write this, I still taste that awful cinnamon twist. Yuck!After looking back at past reviews, apparently those bathrooms have been out of order for almost a month! Where in the world is the health Department??
