I ordered through door dash so I can't say much about the atmosphere... What I can talk on is the sandwiches! I'm particular The Hot Mess. They have perfected the grilled sandwich. I'm about to order for the 3rd time and noticed there was only 1 review, and it was not a good one. I can only speak on the experience of my son and myself and we love it. Hence, ordering for the 3rd time in 2 months.

Ordered Mac N Brisket Skillet and lava Skillet Cookie to go. The lava Skillet cookie was hard as a brick! The Brisket was burned and dried out, and just as bland as the Mac and cheese. It was utterly disgusting. When I called the store, I received extremely poor customer service and the 'manager' refused to agree to any refund or meal replacement. I would avoid this Denny's location.

We walked in and there were already two tables already with their food. We ordered blt&e, stack pancakes and bacon loaded pancakes. We waited a while and the guy who came after us got his food first. The waiter Jennifer was really nice and apologetic.The cook he was slow and I kept seeing him wiping his nose and touching everything with no gloves. I guess he was new and my waiter had to go back there and make my pancakes. Then he made my girlfriends sandwich. It usually comes with lettuce and tomatoes. I just hear him “it’s just bacon and eggs” like yes that’s what we ordered. When the food came to the table my gf fries were not fries but a fried bundle of fries. The food was delicious but there was a few things that could’ve been better. Jennifer was struggling running back and forth their should’ve been more help if theirs a new cook.

It’s actually just Denny’s. Bread was so hard it cut my mouth, chicken was so tough I could hardly chew it, and it was all extremely dry.

We came here for breakfast on Thursday. Love the look of this place and although been ti quite a few Denny’s over the years thus was our first time at this location. I had the Santa Fe skillet. It came with 2 eggs on top. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. Set me up for the day. My girlfriend had the veggie omelette she said it was excellent. Our waitress was very pleasant and the food came quickly. No complaints. We’d be happy to return.

The waitress (Venise) was very friendly and helpful in substituting an item for breakfast. The eggs were good, but a little small in portion. Otherwise, it was a good breakfast and enjoyable to be there. The restroom was clean, as was the dining section.

We love Dennys… and have visited this location often when on vacation in Fort Myers. Today we had a terrible experience here. It took a long time to get our food… the server (who was awesome) kept apologizing for the length of time the food took to arrive… and she was right… even though it wasn’t busy the food took 20 or 25 minutes to come. When it arrived, the bacon strips on the French toast slam my husband ordered were literally crumbs… someone actually put bacon that was basically bacon bits on a plate to serve to a customer. We highlighted this to the server who was soooo apologetic (I note that she had not brought the food, a different server brought that) . This place has a big problem if they think that serving bacon crumbs on a plate is acceptable.

Food was excellent and service was top notch. The biggest thing that stood out was how friendly the entire staff was to everyone that entered. Very pleasant conversation and they all made you feel like you were at home! Will absolutely be back again!

Went to this restaurant for my birthday and was absolutely the worst breakfast ever! I ordered the FIT FARE® VEGGIE SIZZLIN’ SKILLET, and asked for eggs over medium instead of the scrambled egg whites. Waited for at least 30 minutes for our meals and got egg white scramble along with two eggs over what they seemed to believe to be over medium, they were over easy at best. We had to ask for salt and pepper, napkins, and condiments. The wait staff was horrible, the restaurant was very dirty. My husband ordered the Santa Fe Skillet, and it was so overcooked everything tasted charred. We heard other people complain also. We saw on the sign that this place was under new Management, if so, they have a lot of work to do to make this place somewhere that people will go to more that once. We will not be back!
While on vacation, we stopped for lunch with our teenaged son who has special needs. Out of the blue, our son shoved his plate across the table and onto my lap. Edarius, our server, was so nice and helpful bringing us paper towels and helping to wipe up spilled water on the floor. One young lady who was not our server came over to help. They brought my other son new condiments as the others had spilled. The two wait staff and manager made an embarrassing moment more tolerable. While I was paying my bill, the Manager reassured me by saying with a smile, "Don't worry about it, no need to apologize, I have kids too." Thank you Denny's for being so kind to us.
