Regardless of the fact that it was super busy during lunch, the staff was very kind. They were working at their fullest capacity and really tried to satisfy everyone. This is a super busy location because it is right by the hospital and everyone seems to grab lunch at the same exact time. The staff advised future online ordering and even on the female cooks burned herself. She was working! Reminder to be patient and kind although it may be hard to do. The food and drinks will always be worth it and delicious! Muy bien and good job.

Sent my bf to get me a strawberry beach smoothie with extra yogurt and they tried telling him they don’t have it and made it complicated as hell and a big ordeal 1) I’ve been ordering it for over a decade 2) no its not on the main menu but y’all have a separate section on ur pos that has the retired menu items and recipes too. But either way I’ve never had an issue with ordering a damn simple strawberry smoothie with extra yogurt. That’s what a strawberry beach is. Raspberry beach was a favorite too. so y’all whack and I know managers have access to the retired menus and recipes too lmfao. First time I’ve ever had an issue with the only smoothie I’ve ever ordered since 2004 lol thank god sarasota would never do me like this and to top it off I asked for extra yogurt and immunity boost and paid for it and didn’t get it. HERES THE RECIPE FOR YOU. it’s been public knowledge since like 2015

Ordered online took 15mins from the time inside of store received half of my order then 10 mins later the other half staff wasn't too eager other than lady at front desk she was nice

The service results may not be consistent but the smoothies always are. I suspect their relationship with door dash isn't delivering as reliably as they hoped but walk ins always get taken care of. Tyvm!
