We were very satisfied with this place. The atmosphere is great and quiet. Service was very good and food was delicious. They have a very good wine selection, and we loved their chessboard. Definitely an amazing experience and I recommend this place

walkin, sat at bar, (dirty) bartender totally egnored us for a good 10 mins , not 1 guest at barfinally, ... what u want to drink ..ummm can we get menus .. and waters to start, while we looked a wine list,so insread of getting us waters, decided to clean some gls . for cpl minutes .. gave us menus, then waters, and left .. lol , and so did we, never a greet, never a hello, be with u in a minute, iam to rich dont need another tip seemed bothered, and we will spend our $$ at another place ..

We live downtown and eat out almost every meal. We wanted to try this place for awhile. Tonight we went for dinner and ordered the Brussel sprouts. They arrived burned. We ordered three burgers rare. All three arrived charred and extremely well done throughout. They also did not have the caramelized onions listed on the menu. They were not edible. We also ordered one entree of the Mushroom Stuffed Chicken. There were no mushrooms at all! In addition it was served cold! What a disappointment.

I'm not quite sure how this place is still open...They must have family and friends leaving good reviews!!!I was told by a friend to steer clear of this place bc of the staff and owners, ( she had an issue with the owner) but the food looked really good so we decided to give it a try anyways. I regret this 100%. Not only was the food less than mediocre, it was overpriced for the quality and time spent getting to us. My bfs food had to be reheated. I understand as well as anyone whose worked in the food industry things can get worse before they get better some nights. But there was absolutly no excuse for us to be treated the way we were treated by the owner. We tried to talk to her but she really couldn't be bothered. Like she had better things to do than make sure her guest were happy. I will not be coming back here, and I will definitly not recommend it toanyone. Good thing there's so many other good resturants around here! Word of advice, listen to your friends ;)

Was excited for the salmon to come with citrus buerre blanc. I feel like I was likely just seved half an ounce of butter. This is my first review since completing fundamentals at the Culinary Institute of America, so sorry if it's nitpicky. Everything else was great except for spots I found on my napkin.

Being generous at one star. We mostly had good experiences but the last 2 visits were disappointing. Food arrived way to late and lukewarm. Saw it sitting in the kitchen window under the heat lamps. Didn’t stay. Brunch today wasn’t any better. Service was good; busy so we were patient (45 minutes) until people that arrived after us received their food. Server said tickets got mixed up. Again being patient waited a bit; no trip to the kitchen by the server to check on our food. Nothing! Left and won’t go back again. Too bad really liked it there. Needs some serious management help. I used to work in kitchens and realize it’s not easy, but it should run smoothly. Staff needs to care about the guest experience. Maybe the owner should work alongside the staff in and out of the kitchen to fix what needs fixing.

Excellent happy hour (3-6 everyday with small plates and drinks) and service! Excellent quality food and nice atmosphere. A definite go-to spot for us.

Perfect wine, salad, salmon dinner for our anniversary. Table cloths, excellent wine list, fantastic fresh Caesar salad (best in a long while). Hubby had beef. Loved it. The wine - perfect! House wine was excellent. My glass of Sonoma Cutrer was lovely. Shout out to Michael our server. We’ll be back.

Love the atmosphere but it took an hour before we received our salads. Chopped salad had no taste and had to ask for the blue cheese crumbles. Chicken was supposed to be stuffed with mushrooms and there wasn't a mushroom to be seen and not stuffed at all. The steak.had. a heavy sauce....not goodThe Mac and cheese was good but only had one small piece of shrimp. The onion soup was pretty good. As most restaurants these days, they were under staffed ....and it was prom night and very crowded.

Went there for the second time with my wife yesterday for Sunday Jazz brunch and mimosas, the food both times have been really good and the band is great, waiters are excellent, defiantly recommend this place and look forward to going back.

We always try a place 2 or 3 times in case it was just an off night but after the 3rd time the service here needs to be dialed in big time!! Our first visit the entrees didn't come out for an hour while they sat in the kitchen window getting cold. Fine try it agin. This past week we sat at the bar and ordered food and drinks but the bartender went around telling everyone her shift was ending and had to close. As this was happening our food was again sitting in the window as she closed tabs. She brings us out food finally and at the same time handing us the bill. We didn't even get a bit of our meals and the bill was on the bar. Tacky and rude. Timing is everything! Food has always been good not great and usually a fun vibe with music just be prepared for service issues.

Wouldn’t recommend. The blue cheese salad had no blue cheese. The shrimp Mac and cheese had one shrimp in it. The chicken stuffed with mushroom had no mushrooms. And the server was working alone and therefore was not friendly and seemed irritated with any requests.

Arrived for our patio reservation, only to be told they were short staffed and were not serving on the patio. Had the same experience a month earlier, made the reservation on Resy, but we were curtly turned away when we arrived. This time I called the restaurant to confirm we could be seated on the patio, was assured it would be open. We have our reasons for wanting to dine outside, we don't want to be told it's somehow all our fault. If the patio is not operational, just take off that dining option on Resy, we would understand ... and tell your staff. Oh ... and the hostess needs an attitude change, she needs to understand who generates the income for her salary. A third attempt? Nope.

Looks like a wonderful place, had reservation for sat night outside (due to for our party of 4 covid concern) on lovely looking patio. I called since there was a chance of rain and asked what they'd do if it rained. The man said " all dining inside tonight due to technical problem on patio." But I told him we won't be able to go then - it was actually a water leak which I understand the closure. However, I do not like the assumption that we would automatically eat inside when we specifically requested outside for health reasons. Seems to me their outside diners should have been contacted to be asked of their preference! We had to scramble to find another place for our 2 birthday celebrations within hours of our reservation on a sat night !
