The most classless human being at your drive thru window on Jan 22 2024 at 10:36 in the morning first off your speaker didn’t work u have a breakfast menu up pulled to window she slams the window open doesn’t even make me order just blasts out with a mouth full of food WE ARE SERVING LUNCH like straight up looked like a chupa cabara were did u get her straight from the woods of fort myers like have some class your in customer service I just pulled away

Like many Wendy’s locations today, it is operated without customer appreciation, pride, or quality. Go bankrupt already and quit disappointing customers who remember how good Wendy’s used to be. Another tip keeping your lobby doors locked in the middle of a Saturday afternoon is ridiculous.

Breakfast maple bacon egg biscuit taters .. FRESH .. Almost burn my mouth EVER after the lady said .. JUST OFF THE GRILL ?? lots of breakfast options to choose from 1st breakfast meal at Wendy's ❤️??
Caffeine free diet coke was good. the Wendys on McGregor (the worst in the city) cfdc was syrupy and terrible.

Food was cold, and I came here around 1:30 today actually and the little girl at the window was really rude and had an attitude. Also, she got our order wrong…. We said plain for one of the burgers and of course it wasn’t plain….. I looked on the receipt and it didn’t say plain … so my husband went back in and the manager tried arguing with my husband , saying she for sure put a plain sandwhich in the bag which she didn’t …. She did end up making him a plain burger but why the arguing?
