Today I went to Wendys to buy a baconator pretzel, since I entered the drive thru they treated me with terrible treatment, I arrived at the window and it was also a super bad treatment, it is not the first time, it has been several times I indicate that I want two sandwiches and a frosty, they give me the frosty and they don't give me any cover, then they give me my hamburgers and I leave! In what I leave for my surprise there are no napkins or sauces, the bread was literally cold and the bacon was super old, it was like eating gum, I won't return to this branch, it's a shame

I loved my visit to this place."Everything super clean, my order was on time and complete.I am always fascinated to find a person at the checkout area who can speak even a little Spanish, that makes it easier for me to place my order.The place was very clean.My order was based on the 4×4, they gave me nuguets, potatoes, hamburger and drink for 4 dollars, this portion was perfect.

This restaurant is notorious for messing up orders you’d think they got paid more than entry level employees. Why do we pay employees minimum wage when they don’t put in MINIMAL effort. An apple pecan salad with no blue cheese or salad dressing, a crispy chicken biggie bag- just without the crispy chicken- just redipped fries and nuggets. No sauce for the nuggets because I guess those cost more and DoorDash orders aren’t given that leisure, it wasn’t charged to me as cheese sauce like they charge me at the window, so no sauce today. And the drink couldn’t even be filled to the line? You have a line that tells you where the ice is supposed to stop, and the drink can’t even make it, also why can Burger King, Taco Bell, & McDonald’s put their mobile orders in bags big enough for the orders while Wendy’s can’t even put a sticker on their bags?Also can you please get a deep clean going it smells like a dumpster at the window during my past 4 visits. And yes I will continue returning because this store is ruining Wendy’s reputation.

Door Dashed 5 items... I asked for minute maid zero received some carbonated drink (cant drink it); all 3 sandwhiches made incorrectly without pickle and onion; and ordered a medium fry; no fry. I knew order was screwed when there was no receipt taped to bag with Wendy's sticker.

I visited on March 12th. Many cars in the drive thru. I went inside for my coupon special. Order quickly taken, multiple folks came in while I waited for my order. One customer complained that the service station needed attention as the trash can was full and they were out of napkins, salt, etc. Staff apologized saying they were slammed that day and would soon address that issue. It's not the Ritz and not easy to get in and out of the property, but it is popular. Wendy's is running coupon specials all month and that likely contributed to being slammed.

cold and stale fries and nuggets. cold burger. wrong Change. dripping wet soda. my one cheat meal of the week. ate the burger after heating oven. fries and nuggets garbage. not even remotely edible. never ever got food like this from wendys. writing this makes me want to go to McDonald's. but I paid way too much for one burger and threw everything else out. right down the street from home never again. they are clueless

The first thing you will notice is the place smells like a hot dumpster. Then place is mismanaged by the rude white haired lady. Constantly out of stock. Needs new management!
