Pretty hyped up for what it ended up being. Showed up for karaoke and left with over a 200 bill for 2.5 people drinking. Be wary of beer prices. The food was a normal price point and good, the beers are sneaky and add up quickly ie. 14-16/beer if ordering off the printed menu. Later we found normal options of what you'd expect ie corona, miller, etc

They should schedule more people on busy days, I order a mojito and I had to stand up and go get it myself from the bar. The waitress Mackenzie was really nice but the service was horrible because she was the only one taking all the tables which is unfair.

We went there Sunday afternoon. There were few people already seated and a few more seated at the bar. Took us an hour to get our foods. They lacked service for sure. While waitin for our food we saw 3 groups left because no service...not even a greet or water. We ordered chicken wings, shrimp n bacon with grits and waffles. Grits and shrimp came out dried and over cooked. One of our chicken wing order came looking like they were fried a few times already cause you can see the burnt bowns and all shriveled up at the ends, and sure enough, tasted like it was a week old. After 30 minutes from getting our food,the waitress finally came and asked us how it was, I'm not a big complainer but had to tell her the other wing portion looked like it was fried a few times and tasted old. She must of thought I said "cold" cause she brought it back to the kitchen and came back out with the same fried wings, but with extra sauce this time. Really not her fault but please, get more staffs to accommodate your patrons. Will not return and we love eating out and giving restaurants a try.

First time here and had the BEST time! Sarah was so sweet and my husband and I just loved her! We are big foodies and restaurant people so we really appreciate the great service. I immediately told her I'm not a beer person and she found me something I loved almost instantly. The food was the BOMB! This will most likely our go to spot.

I’ve honestly never disliked a WOB before, but I can’t say I was at all impressed tonight. Had the Cali bowl w shrimp which wasn’t bad at all, service was eh? We’re a very sociable couple and went for MNF, server couldn’t care less about us. I can’t say I plan on coming back any time

I am not one to leave a negative comment ever however, this experience I had last night has not sat well with me. I have been to this WOB several times during lunch and had a great time. I decided to take my friend and our kids last night and it was so unpleasant. Our waitress was ok and did the best she could but waiting for our drinks over 20 minutes and then our food over one hour and 10 minutes is unacceptable. I understand being under staffed but when our kids notice others that got there after us being served their food and drinks first, it’s disheartening to hear. The bartender was not happy that I asked for my kids sodas. (I didn’t care for mine but, my kids?) Then when we get our food….it’s cold and stale. The food had to be sitting in the back because the cheese on top of the tater tot’s was hard. I just feel the need to express this because we live far and it was a school night. The drive was not the problem, but driving that far to get such bad service….was. Please do better. I always mention this place to people.
