The food is usually good here for a quick bite, but the service, if not at lunch, leaves much to be desired. I was just there, and the manager, who wasn't the window, was not only on the phone but didn't bother to acknowledge me. She simply put her hand out the window, and I had to ask for a total while she continued the conversation on the phone. I was using my.ohine to pay, and she took it from me while still on the phone, returned it, and walked away. I actually had to ask to get my order from a different person, who was indeed trying to do 2 jobs simultaneously. I manage several reataurants and had shenworked for me that would have been a serious issue.I hope she learns to do better ?

I received AMAZING service on 2/25/24 from the night shift!!! I placed an online mobile order and sent my high schooler to pick up. He did p/u from drive thru and only got partial order. Called Zaxbys about 20 mins later and went back to pick up. The girls at the front were so sweet y very apologetic about the situation. I didn't get their names but want to be very specific that it was the night shift on 2/25. Thank you for amazing service Zaxbys Fort Myers(Cleveland Ave).
Really loved it here .. we need one in Cape Coral. Chicken is excellent because it's real chicken. There is most definitely a difference, and you can tell other fast food places offer chicken, but it is processed most times . This place has real chicken, and you can tell, so when you see a zaxbys and haven't tried one, i recommend you pull in and try them out.

I had a pleasant experience until I went to wash my hands in the restroom and I realized that the soap dispenser was missing.I can only hope the male employees are washing their hands in a sink somewhere in the kitchen area after using the bathroom, but that also probably means that they're opening the staff door to the kitchen with dirty hands.

Zaxbys used to be one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite when we were on that side of town. Service and food both have gone down hill. Chicken strips were much smaller than previous times, and so so salty. French fries have remained the same and were good. Disappointed the mushrooms are no longer an item. Gal at the window had no desire to be there.
