This is honestly one of the worst chipotles I have ever been or gone too! The service is horrible, the food always tastes different and is never the same and to make things even worse the service here has got to be horrible!!! The workers are always arguing with each other and they always seem to be out of food every single time we go in! Please do better chipotle I would definitely recommend to never come to this chipotle!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would! The people here lacked any kind of customer service, from the employees to the managers. First off, We ordered through Chipotlane and waited over 20 minutes for someone to even open the window for us. We didn't even get any greeting, just simply "name?" and then handed us the ordered that had been sitting on the top shelf the whole time. She didn't apologize for the wait, and when I expressed my disappointment she rolled her eyes and said sarcastically "sorry..". I would've left it at that, but then she also forgot my silverware so I had to go inside and get some, and asked to speak to the manager. The manager (Warren) who greeted me had only been there for 1 day told me to give him "a couple weeks to turn this store around." I complained about the girl's behavior and she continued to roll her eyes at me while I was speaking to the manager. Whatever. I went back to my car to eat, and of course my food was no where near right. I go inside and, wow! another manager came and greeted me. I told her my food wasn't right and I asked for her name (Michaela? Miranda?) as well, since everyone else had been unhelpful. I asked if she was the one who knew how to run the place and she got an attitude, said "you know what?" closed my food and threw it in the trash only to say they were out of my meat and to get a refund online while smiling in my face. It's a true shame that this is how Chipotle chooses to treat their customers. I spent $40 on food that was thrown in the trash right in front of my face. These people are pathetic excuses for "managers".

Big Llama (The Big Llama)

Tiny pieces of steak in my bowl, the portions were so small that I feel like I was ripped off. Seriously irritated that I paid $100 for 4 bowls and some damn chips and i get bacon bit sized pieces of steak. It’s ridiculous and they knew exactly what they were doing. The quality has consistently gone down and the prices keep going up. This is a relatively new location so i was hoping they would be better than the other location in town, but i was wrong.

Made an online order. Get back to work and my food is literally swimming in hot sauce and sour cream. I ordered a bowl with steak and chicken. Got about 3 pieces of steak, no chicken. I'm not even sure if there is rice in it at all. Absolutely awful food. Last week I went in and ordered and they were awesome. Whoever makes the mobile orders needs to be trained again on how to make bowls.

This place was repulsive. The serving station was disgusting and I did not get a photo of that but inside and outside garbage all over the place. So repulsed I can’t even attempt to eat this meal. I was curious how they had such a low rating but I am not curious anymore. It has been a while since I’ve been to chipotle and after this experience it’ll be a while again.

the worker barely put any rice in my bowl and i asked for extra rice and she charged me $1.60 for each extra scoop she put in. ive been coming to chipotle for years and extra rice has always been free. i would not recommend coming here. i looked at my receipt and i was charged for 3 sides. terrible

Since my last review was removed, I thought I would repost it. This is the worst Chipotle I've been to, and that's saying something. The food portions are a joke, They didn't have sour cream. The team kept fighting over who does what, did you guys not get training beforehand?? 0/5 do better!

I have visited this location several times since opening. Typically, I have the vegetarian meal option with tofu. Each time, the brown rice has been under-cooked. I tried contacting the manager using the number listed with no success regarding the concern.

This is probably by far the worst chipotle I have ever experienced in my life. As soon as you walk in, you feel depression, from the staff, and from the inside of the store. I’ve never seen a chipotle look like this one. The staff is very rude and it is very clear. They hate their jobs and they aren’t scared to show you it.Went in an hour before closing, and not a single person in there acknowledge me for over five minutes so I walked out. Figured I’d give them another try tonight because maybe that was just an off night and they’re out of cheese. How do you make burritos and bowls and quesadillas without cheese? Why doesn’t the manager go to Walmart and pick up some shredded cheese instead of telling all the customers they’re out of cheese, one of the main ingredients and burritos and quesadillas. I have never hoped for a business to fail as much as I do this one, that way, maybe we can get something in there that is actually good and has good customer service. I truly don’t see this place lasting.
