The bathroom is almost always out of service which is interesting to me being that there's more than 2 employees in the store, the service in the drive through is better, service inside could be a lot better and friendlier.

I just pulled up thru the drive thru and whoever was working drive thru was so disrespectful. We pulled up and asked for a minute to review the menu and a second later the girl working drive thru caught a nasty attitude with my boyfriend screaming “ ARE YOU READY YET SIR!!?” in a completely disrespectful manner . Rather then stoop to her level and get nasty back with her , we pulled out and I will never bring my business back there again. What a shame because that location is closest to me but I’ll drive the distance to go anywhere but there because I can only imagine the kind of food they serve if they speak to customers like that for no reason.

This location should be avoided as they don't seem to care to provide decent service or respect for your time after having to return to remake a bad drink because their equipment is broken only to be met by attitude ignoring your questions as if you went to the back and broke the machine. Absurd.

I want to hear a couple weeks back. Made an order and the Lady at the window miss heard me and overcharged me. I brought it to her attention at the window and she told me that she could not give me a refund because the manager was not there. I went back on Monday to try to get my refund the staff told me the manager was not there again and she wasn’t there at all today. I then proceeded to call corporate. Corporate said that management would reach out to me in one to two days they never did. Do me a favor save yourself the trouble don’t go to this dunkin donuts it’s not worth it and it’s obvious that they can’t even do the basic things. This is really a failure on managements side because I’m sorry why is it that only the manager can process refunds.

Locked and cleaning up at 4:50 when it says they close at 6 I don’t understand ? just change your hours to close at 4 or 5 instead of me and 3 other people being frustrated, you are losing money and repeat business, this can be improved if the owner would just get involved a couple times a month to ensure the employees are not ruining your business or maybe you can sell to somebody who does care

Was inside for 25 minutes and not a single worker appeared to be doing there jobs, talking on the phone, joking around, worst dunkin donuts around, highly do NOT recommend absolutely

We went there tonight at 5:11 and ordered 2 ice cappuccinos, we got to the window and the cashier told us if we wanted to wait 20min for them to turn the machine back on we could wait. We'll we food not that's ridiculous! Really she just didn't want to be bothered. Honey you should not be in customer service! But ty we went to starbucks where they were happy to wait on us smh
