Worst KFC I have ever been to in my life. The chicken was soggy and still had wet flour. Mashed potatoes no salt, corn no salt. This chick had us pull up as if we were getting fresh chicken and brought that dog food out the door.

This place always says they are sold out and won’t make anymore food 30 mins before closing, manager says there’s no point in making it. If that’s how they are going to be then change the hours. That’s horrible

How much smaller can a large drink get? The prices keep getting higher and the portions keep getting smaller. Stopping there with an emergency but I no longer eat fast food. Last week I went to McDonald's and the number one combo and a separate single sandwich cost me $18.How big do these CEOs pools and yachts need to be...?There is no inflation in this country. It is the American greed of everyone trying to recover the money they lost during covid. A lot of people lost a lot and lost everything including family and Friends.I eat at home now. I asked for extra chicken I didn’t get it, but I got extra gravy. And then as I was eating I found plastic in my food thank god I didn’t eat it and choke on it cause that would not be good. Will not go back and would like some type of refund.

Had me pull forward to stop there timer clock sat for nearly 20 minutes waiting on my order with one other vehicle in front of us. No other customers outside or inside. Worst experience ever and will NEVER go back to this KFC EVER and will recommend no one else days either.

Filthy is the best way to describe this KFC. Wet greasy floors, filth every where. Employees with their bikes kept in the kitchen area. Employees with their backs to the customers and never greeting them. The entire place is a mess. We walked out. If you cannot mop up a wet floor, greet a customer or clean any part of the restaurant I am not your customer. I cannot imagine eating anything cooked in this nasty environment.

Seems like this KFC is in need of a new manager. Her horrible attitude is also rubbing off on the staff she should be setting an example for. Her customer service was horrible in the drive thru and she did not like it when my husband started treating her like she was treating us. It’s a shame that people work in customer service but don’t know how to speak or treat others with respect. I walked into the restaurant to let them know how I felt and (not surprisingly) one of the staff members at the front saw a man trying to order in Spanish and told him “no Español” while WALKING AWAY. Like really? I helped the man order his food and told those ladies they really need to learn how to speak to people because this ain’t it. Last time I checked you guys get paid to work there, you aren’t there for free. KFC train your employees better. Look at the reviews for this place, they speak for themselves! FYI: We did not end up getting any food there, I wouldn't spend a cent there.
