The people that work at this restaurant after hours are extremely lazy a woman that was working in there tonight tried to tell me it’s closed but I saw the lady in there sleeping for the 5th time it even says it’s open 24/7 on google smh I hate this place especially after midnight after she ignored me I proceeded to knock on the window and that’s when she woke up to tell me it was closed since when does McDonald’s pay its employees to sleep inside while the restaurant is closed? ? This place is a joke and I am tired of the nasty and rude people at least hire someone that knows how to speak properly to customers they have no idea what hospitality or customer service even means next time I will add a photo of them sleeping since they do it so frequently

Literally every single time and any time of the day they have you waiting more than 10 minutes to either place an order or to wait to get your order. Customer service sucks idk why all mc Donald’s are still up and running if their employees aren’t happy and if they are always out of ice cream or making you wait 30 minutes before you place an order!? This is crazy.

This place is so ridiculous. This is the third time we’ve come and there has been employees that just sit and stop taking orders after 8pm… They just make eye contact with you and move away from the windows while there’s a huge line honking and trying to get their attention. Does the management not do a single thing to resolve this?? It’s so ridiculous, these workers are so lazy and ghettooo

I was here at 1am and I went to drive thru letting them know I had a mobile order, nobody responded so I drove to the first window. Nobody there. Went to the second one, nobody there. But workers are in the lobby talking, I had to hold up my phone to get there attention & they point to the drive thru I drive all the way there for them to say,"Were closed & we can’t make you food" I said, “I’ve made a mobile order.” She says, "Were out of everything we have no food theres nothing we can make you.” Then I asked her how do I get my money back she repeated "We don’t have food I can’t take your order" in a completely uncalled for rude voice as if I was a 3 year old she broke it down aggressively word for word like I was disturbing her lobby conversation.

Just received a wet burgers. The bun was so wet and soggy it rolled up if you tried to pick it up, they replaced it with another, but so slpooy assembly. It look like it was shaken in the small box before they gave it to me. Only buy drinks from here.

When I got a when I got a McGriddles for breakfast, THEY GAVE ME 2 BREADS WITH SYRUP ON IT. When I got a large fry, they gave me a singular unsalted mushy fry. It also took the 30 MINUTES to get my food. Never coming back

Now I remember why I stopped coming to this location. 1 car in front of me and 2 in the other lane., as I pulled up and waited for them to take my order several more cars pulled into the other lane and they took a total of 5 cars before taking my order. When I paid they didn't have any receipts in either window and told me "don't have any paper, deal with it". As I drove off I went to take my cup out of the holder and the top wasn't on and it spilled all over me and my seats and center console. Got home and the burgers had mustard (when ordering I said "no mustard please, I'm allergic" so now I can't eat my cheeseburgers. Employees are too busy talking and griping about how hard they work but even when a customer says "please" and "thank you" they are met with much disrespect.

Never again will I go here. Sat in the drive through for 20 min nobody answered. Fast food HA !! What a joke there's nothing fast about it. We are the first in a line of 10 cars. Who ever manages this store should be fired.
