Every morning, at 6:00 am. I Was told the system is down. Not sure if they unplugged the computer. I know that corporate knows that they are losing money. Not sure why the employees would be there collecting a check and the food is not being sold. I went to the door and the manager and the people who are repairing the outside was sitting at the tables laughing. I guess everyone wants money but don't want to work. I know I should have taken a picture.
Corporate is putting out money but not taking any money in at 6:00 am. Waste of my time and the other drivers as well. Been going on all this week. Every morning system is down.

The service was okay, but the orders I get are INCORRECT. I asked for a mcchicken with NO mayo, but they put mayo on the sandwich. I don't know why they are doing this to me.Every time I am there, the place is BUSY like there is so much traffic on a highway.

Took a long time at the drive-through then they have a pull up to get our food and there was no fries in bag. We had to go back in nobody nobody speaks English. It was no sorry nothing just gave french fries and we were on our merry way. Need something to be done with the Work pierce US one

Great for getting on and off I-95. They actually bring the meal to the table if you order in. Sodas are on point 98% of the time and usually have ice cream. I olso get the triple cheeseburger meal, others don't give the option, this menu hack IMO is the most filling deal McDs has.

Since when there is no manager available?I tried calling twice 1/26/24. 1st call was around 9:45, female answered & hung up after asking for a manager. Waited about 5min & called back, male answered & said we don't have a manager.

Atmosphere was horrible and staff is NOT friendly. I came there and made an order online and when I get there the lady instantly tells me she never got the order and that what was the code. We kept telling her we told her the code thru the drive thru and nothing just a bunch of excuses from her and she said that it didn’t make sense how all that happened and she said she was giving us the food without the ticket which I find stupid because it got to the point where she said walked away saying “oh I can’t do this I can’t” comes back mad which she was the whole time but she gave us our orders WRONG aswell while mumbling how we didn’t make any sense and how we didn’t order anything even when we SHOWED HER proof of what we ordered. The order was also wrong and things were open??? We were also missing a drink. Most terrible location
