Worst service ever. Crew on night shift cutting you off while trying to order and when I pulled up to the window a whole crew of girls playing around and throwing nuggets. Very unprofessional and disgusting customer service. This was my last attempt at patronizing my neighborhood McDonald’s. Never ever again. 12/20/2020Update: never returning. My order is always wrong!! Always!!! Tonight was the final straw. Ordered. Confirmed and repeated, had the gentleman at the window repeat it and I still got the wrong order. Live 3 minutes away and I will be passing this place up from here on out.

The employees are unprofessional and rude including the managers. There is only 1 employee there that does a great job and deserves biggest kudos but don't remember his name. Will get it next time I'm near by. The food is rarely ever fresh which is ridiculous with prices of things they need to do their job and give the quality food customers deserve. It's about time I made a call to cooperate because there has been multiple times I should of requested refund. Do better people

This is the WORST mcdonalds I've ever been to. I was denied my food and everything because their kiosks were down and it took my coupon. Tried to ask them if they could honor it, since I'm on my lunch from work. And they would not work with me and kicked me out to the restaurant. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I came into this establishment to eat a meal with my 9yr old daughter. The food was good but the whole time I had to endure the employees along with what I can only assume is the manager using very profane language in regards to another customer... I am appalled at their behavior and this crew needs to be removed promptly, otherwise this location will continue to lose customers... I know for a fact that I'm not the only one that thinks this!

I guess it's just the wave of the future. Instead of ordering at the counter, you now have to use these giant touch screens to order and pay for your food. Sounds simple, right. Well touchscreen #1 took our order but was unable to take payment. So cancelled that order and moved to the other touchscreen. Same problem. Go to the counter only to be told the touchscreens are not working. When I asked why don't you put up a sign telling folks they aren't working, all I got was a look. She then took our order and payment. Ugh.
