We were in Fort Pierce for some family fun, and we couldn't leave without going to NuNus . The food was amazing! I had the deep fried red snapper, rice & shrimp,macaroni/cheese, and greens. The fish was fried, just right. The Mac was cheesy and flavorful. The greens were well cooked and seasoned well.My son had fried chicken that was finger licking good. My daughter had fried catfish, candy yams, and corn bread. A must try if your in Fort Pierce

This is one of my favorite places to eat in fort Pierce. Heck, in all of Florida. The food is crazy good and affordable, the staff is friendly and there’s always nice music on, usually soul or gospel, sometimes live music. The Boom Boom Shrimps are some of my favorite, and the sweet yam. But just everything is good. At NuNu’s , they know how to put the soul in soulfood!

If you want real southern grandma cooking go to the NuNus seasoned very well! Peach cobbler had me in a chokehold. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting! Will be coming back there next time im in Florida .

I had the oxtails with collard greens and Mac n cheese. It was all very delicious and made with love. Atmosphere? Well while I was waiting the few minutes for my order, “Don’t Disturb This Groove” by The System came on the playlist. My kind of place ?. I highly recommend!!!

Today was my first visit I had the Smothered Beef Neckbones and it was delicious! Service is good, place clean, and food reasonably priced. I will be back for sure!
I googled and was recommended, upon arrival walking in the smell is so terrible that it instantly upsetted me… they was empty nobody was there but the cashier he was helpful but not to convincing. They only had two sides to choose from and one was an automatic up charge like really the inconvenience of you, but I have to pay more with only 3/4 items to choose from as an entree. I don’t know if it was not there day but I would not recommend 0/10

This restaurant gets 4 stars because of the owner going out of her way to make fresh oxtails for my daughter. The oxtail's themselves were NOT my cup of tea but my daughter liked them. The macaroni and candied yams were delicious. I think the goal is to go back and order soul food that is more "American" and see how that turns out. They know how to treat customers even though the place is a quaint little spot in Fort Pierce. It makes it just that much nicer to me. Like going to my aunts kitchen!

My fiancé was visiting from Spain, and he wanted some soul food, so I decided to take him to NuNus. This wasn't my 1st time eating NuNus but it had been a long time since I had it. Ms. Patricia was very attentive to us and was very professional. The food came out quick and hot. I had the fried snapper which was seasoned and fried just how I like it. The baked beans were delicious almost as good as my mommas lol. The Mac n cheese was good too. My fiancé had the turkey legs amd he was shocked at how big they were. He also had the yams and potatoes salad and couldn't stop talking about the yams lol. Overall everything was amazing. I'm sure he will want to go again when he returns home.

Overall the food was good . I got the chitterlings & hogmaw . I was disappointed in the plate I received because the pic they advertised online is not the same when you receive the food in person. They give you a little of nothing for the price of $23 .. it’s literally like a spoon scoop . I Will not be ordering that again.
