Two weeks ago I placed an order and the wrong pizza was delivered. I called the store and was told they would put a credit on my account. I asked if they needed anything to claim the credit and I was told “just your name” Tonight I called to order and was told they couldn’t find a credit so they could get me a pizza but I would have to pay full price. They just list all future business. I’m currently sitting at their competitor paying full price for a better pizza because it’s the principle.

We live in Indian river estates. But hey the delivery driver went all the way to orange avenue and arrived at my house last. The pizza was cold when we got it. Currently is heating it up in the oven. Sad part is I left a 25% tip when I ordered. I regret ordering from here. Never again.

Went to pick up an order after the tracked the app stating it was ready and when I went inside employee said it wasn’t done said it would take 2 minutes . I waited in line while everyone else came in and picked up their orders . After 35 min of standing still in line inside I asked the same employee when my order would be ready and she tells me it was never even made . At that point I just wanted a refund and go somewhere else . The pizza wasn’t for myself otherwise I wouldn’t left .

Absolutely horrible service!Advertise heart shaped pizza $11.99, by 6pm the store cannot fulfill the order. Asked to get medium regular as that is all they have and they think it’s acceptable to charge for double the price.Terrible customer service and communication skills.

The pizza dough was gummy. The cashier Victor went polite and gave good customer service. I left out the store and he was curious enough to text to let me know mind pizza was ready. Thank you Victor good customer service, we need more people like you in restaurants.

Be lucky if you get what you ordered. I ordered wings and jalapeño bites and received jalapeño bread only. Driver said he gave my wings and bites to the wrong customer. Handed me the bread and rolled out. F Papa John's. Done with the F'ers!

I placed an order went outside waited 15 minutes for my order just to come back in to hear that I didn’t pay for the order after I placed it so my order was not made worst Papa John’s ever….
