We are here 4 11 24. My husband just ordered clam chowder you would think that it would come out bubbly and hot NO refrigerator cold. Brittany our server was very gracious thank god for herRed Lobster needs to serve hot food and keep Brittany she is a valuable asset to the company she apologized on behalf the company. The saga continues this poor server has to wait bar and tables shame on Red Lobster for treating good employees this bad. She has to rely on incompetence help in the kitchen so she can get a tipJust bad Management

We sat for over an hour after ordering and never got our food. The excuse was the lobster tails take awhile to cook, Really?! lol They thought we were idiots. The “manager” was completely useless, dressed like a 70’s dance show and couldn’t hardly see past all the gold in his teeth. Needless to say, we left, hungry. Will not return.

Service Was horrible . I waited 15 minutes to be seated with no wait.. I waited 30 mins before I was offered a drink.The staff was doing a lot of horse playing.All my food was over cooked I ordered the admirals feast . Beer Tastes like water . The only thing good was there sweet tea. I will never return to this location.33805

This red lobster needs to be completely shut down! From the terrible service to the disgustingly, filthy bathrooms and restaurant to the poor quality of food. There is not a single good thing to say about this location. Shut it down! Stop embarrassing the red lobster name with this location.

So this server took forever drinks and refills and they went at this corner texting on there phones while we where waiting for refills 40 mins into our wait no refills no food and she was at other tables for 10 minutes not checking on us and we asked for more bread hah nope no bread ethire do not come here they are clueless and we asked for the manager no manager in sight DO NOT COMEUNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT 40 MINUTES WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A WAITER THAT DOSENT CARE THIS RED LOBSTER IS THE WORST IVE EVER BEEN TO !

Avoid this location we had to ask multiple times for a refill of drinks an breadWaited over 45 minutes for food nothing came so we asked multiple times for foodFinally cancelled paid for the drinksGot no apologiesThey looked at us like we were crazy calling them out in their subpar serviceThis place SIMPLY DESERVES NO CUSTOMERS!

My service was HORRIBLE! Will NEVER return. I was ignored and overlooked, while watching other guest be serviced. Perhaps it was because I was dining alone. Very disappointed.

5 stars for food. 1 star for service. Went two consecutive days. First day, there were no more than 5 tables dining in. It's like they don't start making your to-go order until you walk thru the door and they tell the cook you're here. It May even take another 5-10 minutes to be greeted, as on the 2nd day, no worker in site from up front. Food was great though.Correction. The 2nd day the food was not hot. Barely warm. And was ready 20 minutes after pickup time. Let me update my rating. Dam sure won't be a 3rd visit

Kentrell and his team are wonderful!!! Everything was fresh and hot. Ricardo, my waiter was EXCELLENT. No complaints. I will be returning. Wonderful job and great service. Kentrell was so involved with the service. He was excellent!!!!!! ?.

The service side was terrible not the server she was awesome. It was from the kitchen side. She physically had to go in kitchen and clean silverware for us to use. The price could of been better. I dont know what happen to red lobster but they definitely went down hillthe food tookover 30 minutes for a fish n chips and one shrimp plate i feel bad for the servers. It wasnt just us i heard others complain. My question is why the short staff on a holiday weekend is totally a huge unsatisfactory for any restaurant. How you stay in business.

My salmon bowl was delicious, but it was supposed to come with rice. Mine didn't have any. When I asked our server about it, he said they were in the process of making the rice and it wasn't ready yet.
