The employees are always nice but yesterday I was very turned off by the young man reaching in his pocket to check his phone several times while making our subs YUKKKK phones are the dirtiest things ever, it doesn't help to wear gloves if you are touching other surfaces with them . The store is run down and often dirty . I've had issues in the past with this store and this is the last straw!!!!

Hands down the most unprofessional and rude staff. I thought It was a random occurrence that I came across a miserable angry employee but everytime I’ve come here to order it’s been the same experience. Lazy, Rude and down right just unprofessional. If you want a good subways go to the one on okeechobee near the turn pike.

It says it’s open 24 hours but they close at 11pm, I reached there at 10:55, 5 mins before closing the lady working had me stand in line and waited until 10:57 and said sorry we’re closed while checking out another customer. It is really disappointing to wait in line and then the worker not help the customer get sandwich in the middle of nowhere.

Best sub I have gotten from Subway in years. Ke'yana Horton is awesome! Customer focused and friendly. Ordered a ham and cheese sub toasted. Meat was fluffed and spread across sub roll; had the perfect amount of toppings Mayo and oil and vinegar, onions and lettuce. Got a bite of everything down to the very end. Toasted properly nice and warm with a little crunch to the outer bread. All safety protocols followed by this young lady during this pandemic. She is an asset to this company because of her portioning controls, speed of service, and yes showing up for work!!!On a side note; any issues you may have make sure you think about; did the employee show up, are they short staffed, are they doing the job for two people because relief did not come in or help to not show up. And yes if they want to break let them. And if they're closed it's due to the fact that someone didn't show up. You cannot blame the ones that did show up and are doing the job because you don't know what's happening in the background or the struggles they face.Thanks again Ke'yana, keep up the great work!!!

Woman behind the counter was nice enough, but the food was really mediocre. Hadn't eaten at a Subway in a few years and this was a reminder of why.
Subway open 24 hours. Unless they don't have staff, or they are on a unscheduled break, or there closed, or staff is in the building but nowhere to be found. If you are looking for consistency, come in pray and leave with food from the fas station. Their pizza is good.

I like to place a lot the staff was friendly and the sandwich was way delicious but there was a drawback and there was no barbecue sauce how can you have no BBQ sauce that's a rhetorical question to go into the store and pull out a bottle and have it there for customers like me that are always used to having barbecue sauce on our sandwiches, anyways you still deserve 5 stars
