Shorted my sub and when I show them what it calls for they charge me double for the regular amount? The ice always has black dots in it been going there for years but no longer will go back 20.80$ for a foot long sub with soda and chips and they don’t even put the chips in my bag… Got to work and very disappointed with everything so throw it away and went to Publix great way to waste your lunch break and 20$

Bought lunch for the office. Spoke with the manager, he was very helpful and took my order. Showed up to pick up everything was ready to go, the establishment was clean. Everyone in the office loved the lunch, subs were fresh and delicious thank you AP

Would not accept coupons... Fine... we ordered their specialty sub advertised as for the big appetite plus several other 12 inch subs... it was a complete rip off! They were all very skimpy as if they were trying to save the food for tomorrow... it was an online order and we were so disappointed when we opened them up at home. I have ordered normal subs in store at the Port St. Lucie location, and not only were they were just fine, but completely filling... I have never eaten a 12 inch sandwich and still been hungry afterwards. Also, we tipped the lady VERY WELL via the online order. Either she never received the tip or she just didn't care! I asked my wife if she even said thank you and my wife said she didn't say one word. I asked her, "literally?", and she told me, "that lady just handed me the bag and went about her business"... I have never, and will never step foot in that store! Burger King is right there and it's actually a really good location! But if you want to lose weight get one of those I'm still hungry subs! It's an expensive weight loss plan, but I am sure you will wither away in no time, LOL.

I purchased a footlong sub and when I asked for a cup of water they said I could not get one, I would have to buy a drink. They said I could buy a cup, but it'd be the same price of a soda. I just wanted a little water to wash the footlong down, very sad.

They are typical of all Subways, bad policy when it comes to cheese. My first visit to Subway was around 1990 in NJ getting a sub for my son. When I saw the one slice each of cheese and meat and the price, I refused to go back. 33 years later I took my grand daughter there for a cheese sub ( cheese, lettuce and mayo only), they placed ONE slice of cheese on the role, any additional cheese would cost extra. I informed them she didn’t want any meat just cheese, it didn’t matter any additional slices would be extra. I paid $9 for a ONE cheese slice sub. NEVER, will I ever go back to Subway. If it weren’t for my grand daughter on her way to work I would have walked out of there. I told both my son and grand daughter I will never take them to any Subway.

Antonio is the best sub maker and subway employee I've literally ever met. When I walk in, he knows I get my usual type of sub, which he has memorized. Before he begins, he always confirms with me about the toppings of my usual sub. Great conversationalist and just real over all. This place is always clean and feels fresh. Great job.
