Placed an app order at 11:07 and didn’t get to pick up until 11:57 when it was supposed to be for 11:30. Walked in to check the order pickup shelf and the woman immediately said “nope, it’s not there. We just started making it.” Could’ve been a little more apologetic or offered a discount for waiting almost an hour for our order. If you’re too busy to handle customer coming in AND online orders, disable online orders then.

This store should be shut down literally nothing $32 for 2 ft longs and one 6-in hero does not accept any coupons had no mozzarella cheese provolone red pepper very little red onion The meat was like shoe leather close this door down it's a health hazard it's unbelievable stay away believe me it's not worth it could have went two stores down and bought a complete Japanese meal for $38 that feed eight and last you 3 days and a great pizzeria two doors down that could have won an eggplant palm for under 10 bucks it's just unbelievable this place is a dump unbelievable dump Don't accept coupons only for anything you don't eat believe me there was four things that they accept accused ones for whatever Just stay away it is an absolute dead zone for food

This one woman had me waiting outside for 30 minutes at 8:30 and just stood there watching me try to yank the door open. Then I asked for a foot long and asked if I can make it a meal and she said “Yeah, why not?” With an attitude, acted like I was bothering her for her being LATE opening the store. Awful service!!!

Luckily I’ve received the BEST subs when I order through the app lately. I’ve been here at least 5 times to pick up subs within the last 2 months and Im clearly hooked(and this is coming from someone who held a food poisoning grudge and didn’t eat subway for 10 years)I’m typically getting an easy order- Classic meatball sub & Italian BMT…. So amazing. Correct meat portion, correct toppings and plenty of. I’m pretty happy with the service, my order is always ready to go or being packed up promptly and they hold it behind the register so no one steals my beloved sub. Thanks to the workers who are putting their foot in it <3

Went in to get a 6inch outlaw, had a coupon in my hand, the cashier SAW the coupon in my hand and didn’t say anything. Then when I go to pay she tells me I can’t use the coupon for the outlaw and that there’s a list of subs you can get with the coupon, I saw a list of subs, but couldn’t see what it said above it, because it was blocked off, how was I supposed to know you can only get certain subs with the coupons if the sign is covered? So I told her I didn’t have the $8 for a 6inch sub so she said rudely well then you’re not getting the sub. So I walked out. Didn’t have to be rude about it and could have said something in the before.

Will not be back the lady was so not personal and she don’t know how to wrap a wrap. She literally just folded it and then cut it in half so it’s not like I could’ve have even fixed it. I don’t understand why they haven’t trained this woman how to do this before letting her be in there by herself. Unbelievable and I have gone to this subway since I was a kid I will never be back.

Went to subway to pick up an order online for Doordash. I am a delivery driver. Went up to counter to check in and before I could say a word employee yelled it's not ready yet! I asked are you talking to me? She said yea I am and you're too early. Very very nasty. I said doordash sent me here, so I have no control, but you do not have to be nasty to me, I stated. She said you should wait in your car, doordash always does this, it takes time to make an order. and on and on. I went to sit down on the bench, and a few minutes later she yelled "it's ready!! When I went to the counter I said I'd just like to confirm this is for "Customer Name" and she said nothing. She literally threw the receipt at me along with the bag. Never encountered an employee that mean and nasty when nothing mean or nasty was said to her. I always wear a doordash shirt and hat and carry my hot bag in with me. She is short, with dark hair, in her 50's. I also made a complaint to doordash which they are investigating now.

Foods great and so are the afternoon staff. But the house on Google are the wrong store hours. And when I place an online order thats meant to get picked up 30 minutes after opening hours I expect my food ? my Dasher has had to sit for the last 20 minutes outside the store because your employee who is INSIDE the store will not unlock the doors and hand her my food.

The staff is fine, but the owners are cheap. They don't accept coupons and they have cut the meat portion on the Spicy Italian. I live in Lakewood Park but I drive to Walmart on SR60 when I want a sub. Definitely worth the trip.

Literally don’t know how this place is still open. Last time I’ll be going here ever today. We overlooked the lousy service and all the equipment that has fallen into disrepair but the owner is rude she price gouges and will not take coupons that are buy one sub get one free from a coupon book you literally have to pay to buy for a charity event!!! She said we could only get a cheaper cold cut sub if we wanted the buy two deal that is not part of the coupon at all and she was just making stuff up then when we declined and said we would take our business elsewhere she tried to say she could make an exception this once!!! LADY WE COME HERE LIKE ONCE A WEEK WE ARE YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS!!!!! EVERY FREAKING TIME WE GET FOOD HERE WE SPEND $40+ . Well that stops today lady. Hope u loose this absolute dumpster fire you call a store. This feels personal LMFAO

Waiting online for 15 minutes with a coupon in my hands only to find out it was a little tiny sign where you order they don't take coupons that were in our neighborhood flyer there should have been something on the door we are mostly seniors and do not need to stand online for nothing we walked out

Kind of a run down subway, but the sandwich artists was nice. Also the soda machine was broken. But I'll give them credit they where in a pretty run down area.Dietary restrictions: You can pretty much get what ever you need just like every other subway.
