Sounds like many other people have had similar experiences, but I ordered on the app and they told me to drive to the second window, where they immediately gave me my order, but I later found out it was the wrong order. No receipt in the bag either. Completely unorganized place.

It was very trashy and the manager refused to refund my soupy milkshake for at least a small soda pop so I am making sure they're reviews are matching they're mouth's and dirty tables and dirty floors please do yourselves a favor and don't come to this Wendy's guys!!!!???? No go!!!!!!!

I just went through their drive through for a very simple order. Yet they still get it wrong and overcharge me in the process. Besides that, I'm certain that I was served fried that sat since the day before. I know this because, how on earth am I going to be perhaps your first lunch order, then you serve me cold stale fries. Don't go here guys, they're always messing up.

Ordered a Frosty Cream Cold Brew, received a black cold brew coffee, and when I asked about the frosty cream, the rude associate responded "well, there's no frosty in it, duh"In addition, 3/4 meals were not prepared as ordered (excluding condiments), and I did not get a receipt.Highly recommend avoiding this location.

Very rude and nasty employees. For example, had to ask 4 times for a straw. After she sassy told me it is in the bag, rolled her eyes. And walked away each time. Leaving me to wait for her to return and loop the same request. And again, and again and again.Some people just can't do customer service.

I visited here with family a few times during the holidays of December. Wendy's food always taste good to me as long as the flavor hits the right spot and is cooked well. This is like a easy go to place to grab something quick.

Usually there are no issues. Today I ordered a sour cream and chive potato. There was NO Sourcream in the bag nor utensils to eat it with. It was fast but I guess we know why. I will be back as both my cat and myself are addicted to vanilla frostys. So will get those until another flavor comes

Wendy always going downhill. After about 2013 still go for frostees paired with fries and spicy nuggets for the ol classic Wendy’s pair. Tastes a tad different but good all the same.Would still go, evenlong after the end of the world.Parking: Around 20 or so parking spotsKid-friendliness: Wendy’s is great for kids until a fight breaks out inevitably due to a Karen yelling at staff, or being underpaid and over bullied by human beings. Otherwise great place for kids, just definitely are better spots for kids to go or have a partyWheelchair accessibility: Good ramps for anyone looking to use their mobility scooter or wheelchair.

This location has declined with new management. I have gone here for many years and was disappointed on my last visit. Food was about the same, except I was not given a tomato slice on my fish sandwich and was told that was not included in the price. Also, when I went to pay with my Discover card, they would not accept it as payment and was told that was the decision of new management. Also, instead of cleaning up a mess on the dining room floor, they just roped it off, and we sat there eating our dinner looking at food spilled on the floor.

Poor service. Don’t go if you want to wait for an hour for food that they didn’t even get right the first time.
