After waiting 25 minutes for an order made THROUGH DRIVE THRU the order was STILL wrong when I asked for a manager I might as well have been speaking Chinese because everyone in the establishment looked at me like I said some unknown word! And like I stated I want what i ordered and paid for NOT WHAT YOU ALL WANTED ME TO HAVE POINT BLANK PERIOD!

This location is horrible, the wait is always long and the orders are almost always incorrect or cold. These are the nuggets I ordered for my daughter tonight, they are somehow overcooked and undercooked at the same time. They're cold, hard as a rock around the edges, with some sort of white goo coming out of the middle, absolutely disgusting.

Horrible location. Was there for dinner time and they are understaffed and overwhelmed. Spoke to manager who was plain rude. The worst experience at a Wendy's I ever had and would avoid this location. I went few miles north to Vero and they were much better.

Service is horrible even for a fast food restaurant. The manager was dressed like an absolute slob. Double charged my debit card. I'm a fan of Wendy's food (hence the 4 star rating), but I will never visit that particular restaurant again. I guess you get what you pay for in terms of labor and wages, but the entire crew from the manager on down should be relieved of their jobs.

KING CROSS

It was OK went through the drive-through and my fries were cold and they messed up my burger so I had to go back inside and get it redone. Come on Wendy’s you can do better.Parking: The parking is great. Wish that they took pride and Foodmaker.

The fries were cold, the burger was cold, I ordered a regular coke and was given cherry coke... No special requests for the salads because they are "pre made" what a joke. All of this for more than $20? I think I'll be taking my money somewhere else. Good luck!
