Food is literally always cold. You can order and come there within 5 mins and the food will still be cold. They never put fry seasoning on their fries or not enough to actually do anything and anytime you ask for more they give a attitude or if ordered online a click extra seasoning option I swear the end up putting less. Got there when it opened the other day manger was wearing spongebob slides I was first order 6 piece boneless and fries took them over 40mins to give me my food as I watch them making all the online orders. Every employee feels like they wanna fight you and the inside is blah

Food so nasty dripping in oil my car is oily at pants are oily. The fries have sugar instead of salt. The soda machine exploded everywhere. Lady was rude. At least we got napkins!

My delivery order was placed about 430p on 3-2. Whoever prepared it should know that I have NEVER been so happy with an order! I get wings about once a month, and usually they're all in one container separated by a paper sheath, and the sauce is usually iffy on quantity. They're always good, but the presentation is hit-or-miss on wether it's 'good' or 'perfect'... but I've never had a 'bad' order! THIS order had the wings in separate containers, the papers were perfectly placed to stop spillage, and there was a perfect amount of sauce! Not only that, I got plenty of wetnaps and 2 sets of cutlery. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Whoever was on duty and doing online orders needs a raise and a paid promotion to 'trainer'!

One of the worst locations ever!!!! Did not get my order right at all. If I ordered 50pc wings why did you give me a chicken sandwich??? Then trying to get money back it’s like it’s your fault you didn’t receive it. ! Will never ever return back here. The manager JASON hangs up on you. He is trashhhhhhhhh!!!!

What is the point of ordering ahead if it still takes 50 minutes for your food to be ready and then to be cold too. Like make it make sense. But everyone that came in while we were waiting and insane amount of time got their food in like 5 mins. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and just honestly is bad practice.Edit: then the wings were cold too. Like why did this take 50 minutes. First time coming to this location specifically but the experience overall and quality was trash.
We walked in and stood there for several, several minutes before someone finally asked if we needed to order. Then was told there's about 45 minute wait. But there was almost nobody in the dining room. And the couple of cooks were steadily going but if they were behind I think the other employees not watching the front could've been helping those guys out to get caught up. They weren't. We could see straight view of the kitchen. I'm just saying because I used to be a shift mgr in a restaurant and worked in restaurants for YEARS. If my kitchen was behind, that's where I was. My sister wanted to leave and she didn't want to come back.
