Super fun patio bar on the bay with live music most evenings. Bar staff was on top of things, and our blue cheese burgers were fabulous. Thanks, guys. Keep it up.

The service was excellent. The mussels and oysters were very good. The garlic bread that comes with the mussels had way too much garlic. The Peel and Eat shrimp were inedible mushy and slimy and we had to send them back. They definitely were not made fresh.

Our waiter was the worst I've ever had. We asked for another but never got one. I have a severe Shell fish allergy and was very specific. When my blackened fish came out I was told it was a butter caper sauce but I could smell shrimp in it. The waiter insisted there were no shellfish. I continued to say he was correct and asked him if he wanted to call 911. He said he would get someone. When the manager came out he confirmed it was a canjun cream sauce with shrimp. He continued to say the waiter was not wrong but did bring me the butter caper sauce. The two tables beside us arrived 5 to 10 minutes after us and received their food before we got our beverage. The manager continued to defend the waiter. The waiter told me this was his 4th time to work. They did comp my meal.

Over priced. Ordered a shrimp sandwich. Got 4!!! Small Shrimp on a hamburger bun. No lettuce or anything. They also charged $2 for not paying cash. Will not go here again.

Took my family in for lunch. At this time the place was not busy but we still waited 20 minutes before our waiter made his first appearance. Ordered drinks and placed our order, waited another 40 minutes for food. When they brought out the entrees my meal was missing. I was advised that my order was failed to be entered and they would push it through. After another 20 minutes ( my family was finished) they brought out my fried clam platter which was basically a plate full of French fries that had a few clams pieces on the plate. I gave it back to my server and had it removed from my bill. We will never go back, terrible service, food, and attitude by staff.

AJ's shrimp and grits is one of my faves. The sauce they use is divine. I tried to get what seasonings they use on the biscuits out of the waiter, but he must have been raised in the mafia or something because he wasn't talking. The whole place is laid-back, friendly, and welcoming.
Don’t try ordering from this place if you have been on the beach all day and have kids at the condo wanting to stay in and just eat to go. Called 2 different locations close to our condo to order to go and both places say they can’t take any to go orders. Over whelmed on a Wednesday night?

What a miserable experience. Took forever to get seated and took even longer to get served. Waiter was a nice guy when he did infrequently show up at our table. French fries were cold, sandwich bun was dry from sitting under the heat lamp. Got tired of waiting for the waiter and ultimately had to get our own drinks from the bar and bus our own table of the dirty dishes. Still at the end of the meal we tipped our usual 20% which I'm still regretting, $109 for two people (taxes and credit card surcharge included).
