The girls and I were doing our weekly eat at a restaurant since I work weekends. I had a coupon and it had been a long time since we had B-Dubs. In fact I am not sure we had ever ate at the FWB location together. Most of the times I eat there are for work functions. We are usually in Pensacola so we tend to eat there. This time we were in FWB. We were immediately greeted and sat right away. Moments later they came by for the drink orders and I asked Coke or Pepsi, she said Pepsi and gave me time to say Mt Dew unlike others that just put down Pepsi and move on. Then she took our appetizer orders, the girls ordered fried pickles and fried cheese sticks. Then we ordered our meals, I showed her the coupon I had. One ordered a 10 piece boneless chicken nugget, of which we were advised that it was BOGO that day. I thought maybe she would go for a smaller batch but she just said "leftovers" so who was I to argue. The other had an order of lemon pepper wings. I had the new mushroom swiss burger and fries. I also ordered a side salad. She came back out with the appetizers and said, I actually had two coupons and it let both go through so the wings were free. The only complaint which isn't even a complaint was I didn't think to tell her to bring the side salad out with the appetizers so it ended up coming out with my meal. I will know for next time. The mushroom swiss was amazing but it was extremely messy, I will be cleaning it out of my beard for days. I only ate about half the burger and took it and the fries home to take to work the next day. I had cheese put on the fries and they didn't come out to well reheated but that is on me. The burger was still awesome. We also ordered a burger to take home to the wife. All and all no complaints at all, the food was great and the service was awesome, we never had to wait for a refill. We will definitely go back again.

One of the best I've been to. Janae was in the top 5% of servers I've had. Running the entire bar area without delays and adding a personal touch to each table (within hearing range). I was very impressed with the service from a lone server covering 6 tables of 2-4 each and 5 customers at the bar. Big thumbs up to Janae!

The server brought out 2 ranch cups for a 6 piece traditional wing order. I did not ask for any extra and assumed that it just came that way. When I reviewed my receipt I saw that I had been charged for the extra cup. And of course, getting it removed from the receipt was more of a hassle than necessary so I simply took a dollar off of her tip to cover it.

I was disappointed in how small their wings were. Really unfortunate and I won't return. For the price tag for 10 you ought to be giving a decent meal and they were pathetically small. The waitress was very accommodating and pleasant which gained a star for good service. The taste of the wings we got two flavors was also not great. I expected something amazing since that's the highlight of this business but I genuinely have had homemade wings made tastier. The atmosphere is upbeat which got another star. Overall subpar and nothing special.
Waitstaff are great and the food is excellent! Everyone is courteous, and there is no lag time for whatever you order.

I called to make a pick up order today and the lady that picked up the phone put me on hold hung up on me and blocked my number , if y’all are not making pick up orders then y’all should just kindly say that instead of doing such rudeness, if this is how y’all treat your customers I wouldn’t want to spend my money on this
