Place is dirty and dingy. Walked in and the restaurant was so nasty the ceiling tiles looked like there were 50 years old dropping down and looked like mold was growing all over the place turned around and walked out

First timer. Older building, could obviously use some updates, but very clean environment - booths, tables wiped down, front counter clean and uncluttered.I mean... it's fast-seafood. They do make it fresh, though. There are no "hot-spot" lights rotting the food while it waits to be bought.Not too spectacular, but it's no way near as greasy as a Whataburger... ? I especially like the sides to choose from, something besides French-Fries. ?Daniel treated me like a celeb!Though I was on foot I got it to go... (5 minute walk to my hotel room) Whitefish dinner was good, Filled me up.Dining solo I spent $13 (with an extra side of Hush-Puppies ?)

I've always loved Captain D"s but it seemed like a year ago every time I got (to'go) it was always cold. I gave up on em almost, but I just grabbed a order from them last night & it was the best I've ever had, so hot I had to toss it around in my mouth to balance the heat. The folks here are so chilled. Marcus always prepares my fish and shrimp to perfection. Their menu selection and prices are excellent for the value you receive. I highly recommend Captain Ds...??????

I was in drive thru and ordered my food. When I got home. The food was old and burned. So I called to let them know. One manager a guy answered. I was telling him. Thenanother manager who gave me the food. I told her I want my money back. That I cannot pay for burned/old food. . And that I can't bring the food back today. Cause I wanted them to see this food. The manager lady says. We don't want no dam food back. Went off on me saying that if didn't bring it back today. I couldn't get my money back . My order should of been correct from the beginning. Her attitude and hanging the phone in my face was disgusting . Cause y'all have poor customer service. I want my money. And me or my friends/ family will not be backGas is to hgh to come back today. And now I have to cook for my family. Captain D's gets a -0
