Im normally not one to complain if my order is slightly wrong but the other night we ordered 2 pizzas and there was an issue with the dough/amount of cheese and sauce on each. Called and spoke with a nice gentleman who helped with listening to my concern and he was the same man to help me with the replacement today!Love that they actually care about their customers satisfaction.

This location has been the most consistent with my orders. The food is always hot and delicious and prepared exactly as ordered. On occasion, due to staffing, the delivery time was longer than expected but immediately after delivery I received emails for a free pizza and an apology. I normally get delivery and sometimes do carry out. When I go in for carry out the staff are friendly and attentive.

Be careful not to make a small address mistake, because the drivers will be rude to you, even if you apologize. Literally the house next door, and because the Domino's app's GPS locator gave me that address - I am short-term renting, so, this is not a place I know well. Despite the first driver being extremely rude ("have a good FREAKING night") after my apology, and the manager offering the pizza for free and a second one I could also order for free (the manager was very nice, thank you), the second driver was no different ("do you want your food or not?"). This time the address was right. And the prepaid tip was good with the first driver, by the way. The second was the free one.I am wondering: is it my Italian accent? They don't understand me or they pretend not to? I speak very good English, thank you very much. Or does this store simply hire folks who are upset all the time? After I admit a mistake and I apologize I do not see why being so abrasive. These days "the customer is always right" is a distant memory, and the entitlement is wide spread. I tried to be nice, they did not, hence the one star.

I called back because we needed to correct one small detail about the pizza. “Bryce” answered the phone, listened to my concern, and said my remake was already in the oven by “John Lee”. Our driver, “Jason”, returned again with a smile (and the pizza). Girl’s night-in was a hit! They easily corrected the mistake and kept my loyalty and trust to depend on getting exactly what I wanted and ordered. Bravo, men, bravo! Thank you! :)

I absolutely despise the fact that the employees do not wear gloves when preparing food. They handle money, for example, which is nasty, and go right back to making food with no gloves.
