My avocado toast was extremely hard, my son bacon eggs & cheese croissant was HARD & my frozen coffee was made how they wanted it made & not what I asked. 0/10 for food & customer service

Ordered the new cinnamon vanilla coffee with oat milk which i have ordered plenty of times before. this time it tasted like a bottle of syrup and she put cream in it after i said i only want oat milk. Hash browns were soggy and stuck together, girl barely even looked at us as she was taking our payment and passing us our stuff.

ordered my meal a pink velvet drink and two donuts. there was barely a line and they had us waiting 20 minutes. they come out with my coffee and it was horrible and they forgot my donuts so i had to tell them and when i got them they were the wrong donut flavors. also they were in such a hurry that they over filled my coffee which spilled everywhere bc you couldn’t even put a straw into it

I didn’t get pics!I am NEW to the Dunkin’ scene. First thing I didn’t was download the app. I used it a couple of times with no problem. I used to be a Starbucks girl all the way but decided to change it up in 2024. February 1st 2024. My app wasn’t working. I decided I was close enough to the Eglin location to just stop by. I pulled up to the drive thru & was kindly greeted. I explained my app issue & a couple of ladies tried to explain the issue to me. Nothing real helpful! I had a little time before work & promised my female friend I would bring her a coffee due to her rough day. At this point I was giving up on my coffee and just wanted to get hers instead.I pulled into a parking spot looking through the app trying to re order. My window was still down from being in drive thru. This very kind lady runs out & ask me if I were the one in the drive thru with the app issue. She asked me what my drinks were & kindly ran inside to fix my order. Shout OUT to Brittany. ( sorry girl if I spelled it wrong) I am a strong believer in you never know what someone has going on. Little did she know I have had the worst 6 months of my life. I woke up today with positivity on my mind & ran with it. Brittany was exactly who I needed to meet today! Thank you for the amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you for reminding me the WORLD is still kind. Dunkin’ , Brittany is what Dunkin should stand for. She is amazing, kinda, hard working, & brave. Keep doing y’all’s thing. You made yourself a forever customer today.

Thank you for the day old doughnuts. I got them in the drive-thru at 8:30AM. Got home and all the doughnuts were semi-stale at least a day old. Not very fresh. I have been there sometimes and they are out of certain doughnuts early in the morning. If the name of your company reflects the product you sell, you should not run out of it.

any type of bagel after 11am is always hard and stale. maybe invest in a more air tight storage, past 3 times i have went i get a chai latte with one vanilla pump and they have gave me coffee everytime so definitely try your drink before you drive off, i would never order coffee and the receipt says chai so it’s not my fault, would be understandable if there was a line in-front or behind me but there never is.

I go out of my way to visit this DD because the one closer to my home, is the worst. I never change my coffee. Yet, its always different. At every single one because they no not all make it the same. Naesha (not sure if I spelled it right), and another light skinned girl (long natural curly hair) were some of the only ones that could make my coffee. Since frequenting this particular DD, I've noticed my coffee typically only gets messed up when Jessica/Tiffany/Brittany (whatever she's telling people her name is this week) makes it. She has the absolute most cheeky, disrespectful demeanor. Loud; obnoxious. I've been told they only behave this way because they are personal friends with Michael (your district manager, I believe). The obnoxious one has intentionally sabotaged my coffee MULTIPLE times. She and the manager think it's funny/cute to hold up their guests. I actually ordered my coffee this morning; pulled into the drive thru and had to address your crew to let them know I was there. I sat at the order box for about 2-3 minutes before I was addressed again. I sat AT THE WINDOW with my coffee sitting RIGHT THERE for 5 minutes before someone coming back in from their break noticed me and finally handed me my order! It's ONE thing! But that rude manager (the real Tiffany) made sure she THOROUGHLY ignored the drive thru (you lost at least 3 vehicles waiting to order) as she hogged the register to take all orders (inside) instead of helping her TRAINEE. There is absolutely no reason ANYONE should be waiting almost 10 minutes on one iced coffee that's been ordered and paid for! Complaining to Michael does no good (as I mentioned, he and his associates are close and apparently it doesn't matter if his employees are NASTY individuals to patrons). I sincerely hope no one else gets treated like this at this location. This is so childish. It's a coffee, not rocket science.

Went there today oct 13 at 11:18 am and whoever was working the window needs to be fired. She said "what did you say?" 9 times. Then when they didn't have hashbrowns so I order donuts, ice Caramel latte and 2 orange juices. That when she said half of her "what did you say" so I repeated myself clearly then some else came on the speaker and said "is apple juice ok?" I canceled my order. I hope whoever owns this branch reads this because homegirl is costing you money with her games.

We ordered a box of six doughnots, also known as a Half Dusin, were we ordered 3 different types of dough. For som reasone we didn't get the doughnuts in the traditionelle box but a bag. And when we got home we saw that she had only put in 3 doughnuts, not 6 like we ordered or payed for. And we only got 1 of the 3 types of doughnuts we ordered, and 2 other were something compleatly different ? First and last tile trying Dunkin' ?
