I go here at least 3 times a week and they hired a new staff who are rude as can be they messed up my sub and put spicy things on it when I have ulcers and when I went back they argued with me because it's how they put it on the ticket finally I get them to fix it and they sat there in my face laughing and making fun of me talking about how I messed it up when I asked them if It was correct when they gave it back I was responded to with yep we know how to read a ticket I feel beyond insulted sadly my favorite place I've gone to for months I will never go back again beyond disappointed in bree and the staff working with her the only one who did right was the girl with strawberry blonde hair otherwise disgusting behavior

Whatever you do don't go to this firehouse. There was one customer in there. This by far is the RUDEST staff I've ever been to. They need to do BETTER. I SEE WHY NO ONE WAS IN THERE?

Went in and ordered a new pepperoni meatball sub, get it home and the meatballs were ice cold with melted cheese on top lol 3 kids in charge of the store and $15 down the drain and a sandwich in the garbage. What a terrific experience.

The food is great but the 2 managers I’ve dealt with here are horribly rude! They raise their voices at customers and tell you where to stand. If I can’t pick up my food on side of the counter then y is the pickup rack there?!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Rude and unfriendly staff. Me and my wife walked in at 5:47 p.m. on a Monday no one greeted us we said hi to them and they just ignored us. Those kids inside working look HIGH.

I eat here every week because it’s close to my office. I order online and it’s always been ready on time and correct, and I’ve gotten to know some of the staff. Debra in particular is always very nice ? thanks y’all

Im not sure who that guy was today working during lunch but he was so rude and disrespectful to the staff. The young ladies were obviously overwhelmed with orders and he was a total j*** to them. To the ladies working today , I’m sorry that happened and definitely deserve better from management.
