I am in Fort Walton for two weeks on a work trip. Eating high protein with clean ingredients to fuel my work day and gym routine is non-negotiable for me. I originally set out to purchase meals from Cleaneatz because I have seen them in my hometown but never tried them. Turned out that their meals were only frozen after being out for a week. Once defrosted they had to be eaten immediately. This just wasn’t going to work for me with only a hotel fridge and freezer tray. Thankfully I passed by Healthy Coast meals just after leaving cleaneatz. I stopped in and let the girl know my needs. She set me up with some meals and I have been eating them all week and weekend. They are SO good! I am just so pleased too because total was about $200 for 10 meals. However the price is worth the quality of the food. Which is a big factor for me as well. Honestly the few times I have ate out I just wished I ate my Healthy Coast meal instead. The burger salad is the best! I’m SO happy I saw them off the road. I honestly think their food looks more fresh and appealing than Cleaneatz. The food does taste really fresh as well. Protein donuts are such a great and tasty snack. I had the chocolate and blueberry chocolate chip. I’d say the only thing is they are lacking on salt for seasoning but other than that this is one of the best meal prep places I have had. I have tried factor meals too and healthy coast is SO much better. I have also had the steak and potatoes, and eggs sausage and potatoes. Both great choices. Excited to eat the Cuban pork and chicken enchiladas this week. Please open one in Colorado Springs! I know I will be back for future work trips so I will definitely be visiting again.Dietary restrictions: High protein

The staff at healthy coast is always so inviting and helpful, this makes such a great experience every time I walk through the door! The choices and options available are all great and I have not had one thing that was not outstanding in flavor! Picked up 4 meals on Sunday, made the mistake of not checking expiration date. All of them expired within the next day or so. I don’t dwell too mu ch on expiration dates, but the quality was so noticeably poor that I’m pissed I just spent $60 trying to plan ahead for the week. The Greek salad always a favorite had mixed wilted lettuce all throughout, and the Cuban pork when fresh is delicious, however it had no flavor and was dry.

One of my favorite discoveries since I moved here! Forget about the hassle of cooking, cleaning up, grocery shopping, planning meals, or even shipping from an online service. This place is amazing! Friendly staff, constantly changing (delicious) menu, and economically priced! It's hard to beat, I've gotten my whole office hooked- I can't recommend enough!

The cod was absolutely amazing and so low in calories. I will be coming back! They are priced so that I can afford to eat there daily.
Love this place...the food is delicious!!!! I have been buying all my dinners here for about 6 months. Don't think I'll ever cook again!!! Recommend highly. Everyone one that works there is very polite and helpful..also a super clean place!

Only complaint, i wish more seasoning was used on most every dish !! But i still love them and just add the seasoning at home!!
We were heading to the airport to head back home and stopped in for a couple healthy meals for my husband and I! Exactly what we were looking for. Healthy. Simple. Delicious. The owner and staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Plus the facility is INCREDIBLY CLEAN! I highly recommend Healthy Coast Meals!

Beef Bulgogi with rice or low carb cauliflower rice is really good. Very well seasoned and NOT spicy but I added heat to it for my liking. The Special Swiss Bacon burger with grilled onions mushrooms a side of roasted potatoes on a bed of baby spinach is great.
