My wife and I are down here for our 20th anniversary. The food was great, I had the grouper and my wife had the New York strip. Both were prepared perfectly and tasted wonderful. Took home a slice of key lime pie which was one of best I had in the area.

Good portions and service. The bar needs to be cleaned better. Elbows stick to it. When I’m in the area I visit but it seems as it has gone down and desperately needs some upgrades. Still worth the visit though.

My wife enjoyed the trigger fish sandwich. She tried the 24 cent gumbo and it was too spicy. I'm not a fish person, not a lot of options, a $16 hamburger or a $12 hot dog.Compared to the other seafood place around the corner, I think the other place was a better value.

Same seafood for retirees in every way. Average. Gumbo soup and fresh salad deserve starting ovation.
I've been eating here for many, many years, and the food is as good today as ever. If you love fresh seafood, then the High Tide is the place for you. I tried the New York Strip this last time, and it was also delicious. Go, you won't be sorry.

Finally decided to try this place last year and really fell for the place. Definitely like stepping back in time, in a great way. Love the vibes in here and the food is pretty good. Service was awesome and the drinks are poured with love! ?

Place could use lot of updating, ended up seating at the bar even though they had a lot of tables open and was told 15 mins wait, my salad had a rotten tomato in it, ordered their specials that day and was really tasty, oysters was ok.

I can excuse the several service mishaps of our order; our waitress forgot or confused the items we ordered.But what I cannot excuse is the ridiculous pricing for sub-par food. Our shrimp was overcooked and chewy, which is disappointing & underwhelming when you pay $30 for it. To add insult to injury, we paid an extra $4 for a fully-loaded baked potato. Which came with just a sprinkle of cheese, bacon, and NO chives which is supposedly included in the extra $4. Will not return when I can pay the same highly-inflated prices for properly cooked & seasoned food just down the street.
