Walked in was seated fast... waited 10 minutes for waiter, who wasn't even out waiter which waiter need breaks so I was chill... took drink order and food order.... sat there 40 minutes with no drinks nada.... went up to hostess and she asked me who was my waiter (I don't work there , don't you know who's in what section?) Not my job... say there and she returned saying our waiter would be there to take order lmfao we walked out, went to waffle house, was served in 10 minutes was cheaper for the same thing then ihops.. I won't be returning ever... thanks for making me the one today who has to give a bad Google review lol

The absolute WORST service ever. Y’all’s service is just about even with McDonald’s and even McDonald’s is better. The employee working was on her phone screwing around with people taking her time with everything. Asked for a few minutes to decide what to get and 15 minutes later finally get to have our order taken then 45 minutes later still don’t have food so I left. Ordered water. When she was taking the order my fiancée ordered what she wanted and didn’t even ask what I wanted just put her order book back in her little pouch and when she realized I hadn’t ordered she takes the order with an attitude. This is the upmost PATHETIC SERVICE I have ever gotten. I expect this kind of service from McDonald’s and they are even better. That should say a lot about how bad customer service is at this location. Never will be returning. I’ll go to the Panama City one any day over this one and it’s further. I’ll even go to Pensacola before I ever return to this one. To whoever is reading this, I highly recommend turning around and walk away from this location or don’t even bother driving over here. It is not worth the wait or the pathetic service and food they so wholeheartedly and carelessly throw food on a plate and hand it out. Last time I was here was bad but not this bad. Their food looks like a 5 year old just slapped ingredients on a plate and handed it out.

The food is okay, I went for dinner and got double blueberry pancakes.... for a House of Pancakes the pancakes were smaller than they used to beand the blueberry compote would have measured at maybe a tablespoon and a half. The rest of the food was fine portion wise, Our server was very friendly but I realized that she never asked if I wanted a refill and I finished my beverage half way through my meal, once I was done I ended up asking for more to drink. The restaurant itself was very clean.Kid-friendliness: I had my 2 year old granddaughter and so they had choices in child seating, booster seat or high chair. Menu had a handful of choices for children.

Literally waited 30 minutes before we were greeted. Tables sat after us got their food we were ever spoken too. We finally stopped a server & asked her to please serve us. She was a good server but I know we were out of her section. The boy that was supposed to be our server was just standing around talking. The host needs a raise & shouldn’t be a host she should be a server put the boy hosting. No discount nothing paid full price after waiting 30 min to be greeted.

We waited 10 minutes to have our order taken, 30 minutes to get our food, my eggs on my eggs Benedict were hard boiled, they comped the check for myself and my wife, but as she was boxing up her food, she noticed hair which did not belong to either of us. Very disappointed in our first experience. We will never go back.
I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was awful. Hollandaise sauce was runny and not thick and tasty. I ordered hollandaise sauce on the home fries and server brought out gravy. She said she had a brain fart. She charged me $2.00 for the hollandaise sauce. Place was dirty and not clean. Service sucked as well as the food. Very disappointed with this place. IHOP is supposed to be a restaurant you look forward going for breakfast. Hope something changes, but I doubt I’ll be back to see any change.

We had a breakfast for dinner here and it was pretty good. The service was attentive, the booths were a good size for our party of 4, and the food was tasty. Only small complaint is that it took a while to get the food, but it was cooked to order and held til they had everyone's food ready. All in all a good experience.
