Good thing I checked my mobil order before I left this sub shop, they completely made my sub wrong, and when I took it back inside the looked at me like I was lieing , showed them my receipt and my order on my mobil app 3 times before they would make it right,

I love Jersey Mike’s subs. They are my favorite! The sandwich was good. The cookie I got was stale. That was upsetting. I love the cookies. I think they’re the best- just not here.Cleanliness was the issue. The man at the register cut my sandwich with the knife he cut the previous sandwich. No big deal… except! He didn’t clean it or wipe it off. So the Mayo and pepper juices from the previous sandwich were transferred to my sandwich.Additionally, they put the paper they wrote my order down on, on top of my sandwich. That’s gross.Additionally, they don’t change gloves when dealing with food and non food items.

Was given the wrong sandwich. Had to drive back. I ask for my money back and the sandwich remade or just my money back. Guy remakes sandwich while other guy is on the phone with I’m assuming is an idiot. Guy at the store isn’t trained to do refunds. So I had to leave a phone number and hope I get a refund. Also didn’t get the sandwich so they threw another sandwich away. This exact scenario has happened twice already. Beware Jersey Mikes doesn’t care about service.

We visit this store OFTEN and it keeps getting worse and worse. I questioned the gentleman stating this isn’t the BIG KAHUNA sub for $20 bucks. He argued and said YES. Didn’t even fill the bread nor have extra cheese. Thanks! I hate to see what the regular philly looks like. I can’t believe this service.

Great customer service. The man with the glasses and long hair was working by himself. I didn’t mind waiting because I didn’t have any plans but a woman came in and couldn’t wait for him to finish all the orders ahead of hers. It is definitely affecting your business and also not fair for one person to have all that responsibility. Food was delicious and the man was pleasant

My husband and I enjoy coming here as often as we can. We live in Crestview and any chance we have we love to come here. The gentleman Loudy is always so pleasant when you enter. He makes the atmosphere feel more positive and friendly. The service is always fast and wonderful as well.
I come to this Jersey Mike's often as it is close to my office. After today's visit I will no longer come to this location. The manager (a gentleman) talks so loud that everyone in the store can hear him - I could hear him from the front door. And he is just talking about random social stuff, nothing about the store or orders. He also used some inappropriate language today while customers were in the store (and little kids too).I tried to enjoy my lunch and some time away from my office, but I wasnt able to enjoy my lunch due to how LOUD he was talking. Its just not needed to speak that loud that you could hear him in the parking lot.Its a shame because Jersey Mikes subs are really good.

Will not be visiting your store again I paid $12 for a regular sandwich... only had ham and salami. I could've got a giant for $10 so confused and a high price.

Perfect sub. The consistency of jmikes across America is unmatched. You will always get a perfect sub.My only constructive feedback is to clean the tables more often. I came in around 11:45 and I was the only customer. Most of the tables needed to be wiped down but that’s not a big deal.
