I come here quite frequently and Madison is always super nice and helpful. But the gentlemen named john not so much. Every single time he takes my order he is rude and has messed it up. He constantlyMakes weird comments that arnt needed and hes just down right weird. But overall I like this location and the service.

I have never really had issues with delivery. But today is the second time I've placed an order that I've waited over 40 minutes for. I am in the education field, as well as service industry on the weekend so I understand being short staffed. But I placed my order @ 11:07 AM which was 25 minutes prior to my lunch starting. It's now 12:11 PM and I'm still waiting on food which has shown "out for delivery" since 11:25. Now I currently have someone monitoring my class that started 10 minutes ago because I'm still waiting g on lunch. Doesn't seem freaky fresh or freaky fast at this point as their motto indicates.

All the guys that work there are great. The bald gentleman in particular rocks. The girl they have though is terrible. The first time I ordered when she worked was through the drive through and she was very rude. Gave me attitude and it was completely unnecessary. Each time I go in and order in person she wears her AirPod, which I just find so unprofessional. I wouldn't care if they weren’t on the register. But I guess her boyfriend works there, because today while I was eating I looked over and watched her grab his butt. Really? Gross. You’re at work and there were customers in the room. Just beyond unprofessional.

I have been going to Jimmy Johns for several years at several different locations. I order the same thing every time (Slim 1, add turkey), it's plain, but that works for me- and my stomach. Not only was I told to wait for an additional 10 minutes being the only person in the drive through, but once I got back to work and opened my sandwich, they forgot the cheese and the bottom of the bread was burnt to a crisp. My new work warned me about going to this location and I didn't listen. I won't be back to this location.

Pros: their "giant" is 16". 16"!! That's massive compared to Canada's 12" subway subs. French bread was fresh, even within an hour of closing. Cons: Could pass the opportunity to see how freaky fast Jimmy John's was - it was fast, but not freaky fast. :P

JJs has been my favorite sub sandwich shop for many years. Quality of ingredients is very good most times. The one negative I frequently run into is the sandwich makers often seem to go on auto pilot, and don't quite make items true to the given order specifications.
I love Jimmy John's, put this specific one doesn't answer the phones. You guys are supposed to answer on the 1st ring even if the customer needs to hold (I know bc I used to be a manager). Can't place an order because they won't answer and mobile ordering is unavailable.
