I recently came here about 5 months and the service was really struggling, our food took 45 minutes to come out but was delicious and hot still. So I was hesitant to come back today but I did and the service was very good, the food came out quickly like I was in and out of the drive thru under 5 minutes. The food was hot and delicious, keep up the good job! Management makes the difference.

Ordered a smile #14 and was told there would be a three minute wait on fries….fine no big deal. 20 minutes later after I was asked to pull up and it’d be right out, a staff member comes out to my car to ask what I ordered. Asked if I had a receipt, wasn’t given one. Worked then asked me what a number 14 is. This location gives absolutely horrible customer service! Do not come to this location! They don’t even offer to make it right and bring out the food with no napkins or condiments. Just pathetic also asked for spicy chicken sandwich meal but got original

Awful experience. Order was wrong and I found out once I drove home. I drove back to the location and they pulled me up saying the chicken I ordered would take 25 minutes. I didn’t mind waiting but they came out after 30 minutes and informed me they had already handed out the last of the chicken I originally ordered to the customers that came behind me. Didn’t offer to refund, or exchange for anything other than for the original blend which I just don’t like. I now am stuck eating cold chicken pieces I don’t enjoy for my New Year’s Eve meal. Thanks KFC I should have known better. I didn’t like you guys that much anyway but I can’t imagine a scenario where I will feel the urge to return after this experience. So frustrating and disappointing.
Stopped in to get dinner for the family and could not be more impressed!!! The customer service was incredible, the restaurant was clean and the food was so good! We will definitely be back!
