Just hasn't been the same under the new ownership. Tiles falling off the ceiling, no bread, low stock on chips, and the food just doesn't taste very good. I used to frequent this location twice a week. I took a chance on it recently and won't be back on the near future. Sad to see it turn out this way.

I saw the sign for the place and decided to stop with the kids. I got there about and hour and a half before they close. I didn't realize that there was only one person working in the whole place, the poor lady had to take orders then go back and make them. Before I realized the situation, we made our order to eat in. I wouldn't have put the extra work on her knowing that. Anyway, the subs were great. I had the italian, one kid had the philly and the other had a meatball. I wanted to try a philly afterwards and maybe a sub to go for work the next day but I didn't want to burden her any more than need be, as there was still a steady line of people still walking in. Eager to try the place again.

They need to learn how to hire people that care about they they body of work. I had a black young lady with the most rudest obnoxious attitude. First of all she was sitting on hotel not doing anything and I already had to order that was called in 20 minutes before I got there and she still didn't even make my food. Then she didn't make it right and then when I came back and told her that I didn't want her to flop meet on my sandwich, I wanted her to make me a new one. She look at me dead in my face like she wasn't about to make nothing body language and all. I basically had to have an attitude unnecessarily just to get her to make food the right way.

Every time I walk in there is someone different working and are all just as rude as the previous. They are all clearly annoyed at customers bc we are disturbing their relaxing cell phone time while sitting down. They typically have earbuds in. They do not greet customers nor say goodbye, in fact they don’t say much at all. Usually they just stand up and walk over to their the register and stare at you until you order. It’s always someone new and all act the same, very strange. None of them want to be there nor want customers to be there either. Very sad bc the subs are awesome.

Zero stars. As a local customer and delivery driver I am always met with complete disappointment as this "sub shop" they always say they have NO BREAD if they are even around. Most of the time the staff is no where to be found. Other times they are found sleeping at the tables or playing on their phones with no regard to serving the customers. Bad attitudes and very unprofessional. This place should just be shut down since they can't even make subs with their constant "we have no bread" excuse

Employees did not greet us when we entered . Although there was one sitting in the dining room when we walked in. The employees was on his phone we asked how he was doing but got no response in return..very uncomfortable . Went to the restroom but had to walk through some unknown substances . Then someone finally spoke to me and told me that they were “running out of bread” not out just running out. Should have read the reviews. Very uncomfortable and dissapppointing.

Its a sandwich shop. It's severely understaffed and expect to wait longer than you have time for on a lunch break. However; if you have the time, its worth the wait. Each sandwich is crafted with love and is a reward with each bite. Sometimes you gotta express patience for excellence.
Can't have an office meeting without these!! Variety and freshness!

I wouldn't even give it one star if I could just leave a review but that's not possible. I see by other reviews that the new owners like to play the victim and make excuses for running a horrible restaurant. So when your reading this I don't need a response.Today I went to get a sub and they were out of wheat bread, onions, green peppers, pepper relish the list goes on. The lady taking the orders was so busy checking her phone that I felt like I was bothering her trying to order. The place was out of chips and filthy, the bread was soggy and not the quality that it used to be. The new owners are this sub shop into the ground.

Mediocre to bad service. Chip shelves empty, drink machine half working. Credit card machine malfunctioning so the girl checking out had to call someone to walk her through a fix. Not real friendly. This place has gone downhill severely. Won't be back

Stopped in for lunch and got the Chicken Philly Sandwich.. and yessss it was excellent.. because actually this post is the second day of two days in a row but had to come back k to make sure it was so good.. and yep, here I am, so I post.. since I’m super close all the time, it looks like I have to come in more often and make my way through the menu!!
