Be sure to check your order. I’m not sure how you confuse dark and white meat but it happens. If you ask for all dark meat check it, because they might give you a breast instead of thigh.

We stopped here for the grandchildren as we were going through. It was the best experience at any Popeyes they have ever had. They wanted to go back again and again.

Service was slow. Tables were nasty. Employees children were screaming and climbing on tables and chairs while playing. Horrible, nerve-racking meal experience!!

If I could give a zero for professionalism I would. The employees lack tact and overall communication skills. My order was missing all of the meat and after driving 30 min to pick up the food each way they argued with me in front of multiple customers while I maintained my composure then proceeded to tell me they would review their tape and call me back. Rude, unprofessional humans who need to take a lesson on customer service and interactions. I need to contact management. Yelling at customers and tell them they are wrong is uncalled for.

The manager is incredibly Rude and aggressive. I asked for all dark was told I had to get mixed by cashier. Asked if the lady she spoke with in the back was the manager she said yes. I then asked for the owners number or corporate. She said it would be on my receipt. I again asked politely for the number not paying for what I don't want. Manager starts yelling from the back that she didn't say I couldn't have dark meat just it wasn't ready. I said was willing to wait manager contuined to talk was unable to hear what she was saying but refused to come up front and talk with me. This store is also incredibly dirty my feet are literally sticking to the floor gross. There are kids playing in the lobby managers kids running climbing around and getting in customers way. It's unacceptable to have unsupervised kids practicing gymnastics in the lobby. The kids have their shoes off by the front door backpacks on one table and phone's on another.
