Thank beer was ok. The food was horrible. The nachos were inedible. Thank cheese tasted rancid. The Cubano bun looked like it had been used to clean the grill. The sandwich was tasteless. No apologies for serving bad food.

Stopped in last Saturday afternoon. We were welcomed immediately by Rachel. I don't care for craft beer but Rachel recommended a few and I actually found one I liked (Dos Pilotos). We ordered wings and cheese curds which were both very good. Rachel was fun to talk with and the few customers at the bar were very friendly. We felt very much at home. Rachel is your ambassador. She told us about the other locations and bent over backwards to see that we were well taken care of. We will definitely come back when we visit the area again. Rachel is the best (even if she is a Bears fan ;-)). Don't let her go!

I like that they have a full menu available with a pretty good variety, so most anyone can find something to eat. However, their food is nothing to rave over (though their curly fries are really good!) The beer is fantastic! It's not on the menu, but they have a spicy mango beer on tap right now that has just enough mango flavor to be slightly sweet, but not overly so, and has a light heat on the back end.

Great place to go for a good craft beer and lunch. I had the burger and the brown ale and wife had the fish tacos and the Mexican lager. Everything was great. My “not hungry” son decided he needed my fries which were also very good.

Don't go for the food. That's all I'm gonna say. I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was flavorless and slightly tasted like propane maybe or whatever gas it was cooked with. There was supposed to be a spicy steak sauce on it but I don't believe it was on there. The fries were good tho.?

Beer was great. We really liked the blonde bomber and the brown ale. Brought the kids and they really enjoyed their food. Shrimp tacos were great! Would definitely I rely recommend!

Because of short staff reasons we had to wait for 30 minutes to get a drink- service by our waitress was great considering. Good food.

Props doesn't look like much from the outside, but I am glad we stopped in. The food was good and the local beer was excellent. Our server was quite nice, as well!

Stumbled upon this restaurant while on vacation. They offer a 5% discount to Military-Affiliated/Veteran people. Delicious burgers (better than Red Robin), great service, AMAZING beer selection, and awesome artwork on the walls. A must when you’re “tired of the seafood” and want a good burger. The Blueberry Pilsner was my favorite of the microbrewery, with the Bomber Blonde Ale as a close second.

First off, I wish there were more restaurants like this - great retro atmosphere, great beer, and great food. What more do you need?

We walked in with a party of 18 in no hurry. There were only two tables at the time and plenty of room. We were very patient and understanding as we had a large party. Our server acted like we were such a inconvenience to them. That is your job and your chosen job to wait on people. Not only that you are adding gratuity, which is understandable because not all people tip...But to add it and treat your customers with disrespect and not want to wait on them and treat them poorly is just rude. Food was great, Service however was horrible. Will not be going back.

Last time for Prop's Craft Bar Fort Walton Beach. Took 20 minutes to get a Prop's salad with fried chicken strips. The chicken is soggy and cold and the salad is half the size it use to be. Plus they had most seating "reserved " at 6pm for 7pm trivia. Very uncomfortable them talking around me that I was sitting in a "secretly" reserved seat.

The majority of the beers are on the lighter side / style so I didn’t find one that really spoke out to me (I enjoy stouts/porters/triple Belgians, etc.) I decided to switch to a cocktail but the bartender had never made an old fashion before and had to ask a different employee how to make one. The end result: overwhelmingly Smoked. The food was okay and I was disappointed they didn’t have pasta and apparently haven’t had any for a while “like 7-8 months when I first started working here”. Take it off the menu at that point.Otherwise, the two young ladies roaming around taking care of everyone in the building were a pleasure to chat with. One I believe was Celeste and the other I can’t remember but they look as if they could be sisters to me. Met some cool regulars and overall loved the atmosphere. The beers they offer are just not for me.
