The smoothies are always fantastic with so much fruit in them and I love that you can substitute Splenda for the Turbinado so it makes it a low-calorie drink. The chicken pesto is always great. It's usually best to order ahead online so you don't have to wait. The staff was friendly.

This is the most unprofessional tropical smoothie I have ever been to. There is a reason it has a one star review! The staff are very rude (having attitude, yelling across lobby on multiple occasions that I witnessed, or vocally complaining/gossiping about customers). I have even been at the window and could hear yelling/cussing and loud laughter inside the kitchen. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to the tropical smoothie on Eglin. Trust me, you don't want to waste your money here.

The absolute WORST tropical smoothie cafe ever. The girl saw us in line, she picked up her phone and went to go sit down and make a phone call. She was called back 3 times, she said "I'm coming" and stayed in the same spot. What's worse is I think the owner was there and he allowed the behavior. This one experience makes me never wanna go to another tropical smoothie cafe AGAIN.
This is the best Tropical Smoothie I've ever been to In My Life! At first my gift card wasn't working but they found a way to fix the machine and did my order perfectly. I would consider myself a difficult Customer because I always have a complicated order but they found a way to make me feel normal. The food and smoothies came out fast and with such great attitude from the employees. I never want to go to another Tropical Smoothie because I don't think they would be this good. I wish I could rate more than five stars☆
