They were so sweet to me just now! I had placed a mobile order but when I got the speaker they didn’t have it on their end. I made sure I was at the right place and everything and I indeed was. I could tell they were confused and stressed about it but they told me to come up to the second window and they looked at my order and made it right there! I looked into my bag and I hadn’t ordered any fries but they gave me a small fry I assume for the trouble/confusion. Either way it was super sweet and they totally didn’t have to do that. It kind of made my day ? sweethearts working at this store ?

This was my first time here. We ordered on the app and was given a 10 minutes wait window. Not a problem. Got there and waited and extra 25 for the food. Customer services was nonexistent. When we finally got our food, it was messed up and missing items. We won't be back.
The girl that work the cashier totally ignores my order. made me wait 20 min. After 20 min I ask to check on my order she roles her eyes with an attitude..she didn’t even check on the order . I’m never coming back here again.

About 31/2 weeks ago before they temporarily closed down. My boyfriend and I were getting dinner. We usually had good service but this night we ordered chicken tenders, we were told they would be fresh so we waited a little bit, when we got home I noticed we had 2 more than usual and I was excited. I ate a whole tender and my boyfriend hadn’t started to eat yet. I grabbed my 2nd one and split it open and I noticed it was raw! So I opened a few more and same thing they weren’t cooked the chicken was raw in the middle.. pink! My boyfriend took it back to them and showed them and no one wanted to take accountability and a few days later they closed down… also we have tried to reach out and haven’t gotten a single call or email about it.
