It was my 1st visit and I was the only patron in the facility. I had no idea I had to fill out the slip and the 3xc staff members point stood and watched vs offering a hint, help etc.After getting through that I ordered steak, but they were out. So we got through that and then they were out of fries.They weren't rude, but I wouldn't go so far as to say they were helpful either.Probably not a "go back to" for me.

I feel like someone previously posted, that if I could have given 0 stars I probably would have. An employee by the name of Logan was behind the counter. Logan man, the sandwich was great, but your customer service skills need some attention. I even asked him in the beginning if he didn’t want to make it, I would have taken my business on down the road had he said yes. He was rude and disrespectful, and obviously had something going on with him. Man find you something else to do and be happy. I would fire one of my guys in a min if I found out they were greeting and talking to customers in that manner. Like I said man your sandwich was great, made to perfection, but your attitude sucked, and definitely needs to be put in check. Get it together.

Great sandwiches overall. Staff friendly and polite. Nice and clean environment. However I do not recommend the buffalo chicken sandwich. Chicken was shredded and did not particularly care for the texture and taste of it. There was too much buffalo sauce and made bread soggy. The wicked sandwich is the best!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have gone to this which wich three separate times and each time they have just sucked. I kept going back in hopes they would get better. This last time was the most frustrating-- I placed an order online at 11:43am to be picked up at 11:58am. I get there and the girl comes out from the back and has not even started on my order — which means she had been in the back for at least 15 minutes. The whole point of ordering online is so that you don't have to wait for your food to be made. She doesn't apologize for the inconvenience and then takes an additional 15 minutes to even make my sandwich. She also didn't put my sandwiches in a to go bag. Also, let me note that there was mo one else in the building at all. And honestly, I wouldn't have been as frustrated if she had simply apologized for not doing her job -- but nope. So one star it is.

Absolutely vile. Came in they had no beef, I settled for their buffalo chicken sandwich… except. They never put buffalo sauce on it. So I just have a weird chicken sandwich. Like what kind of service is that? Not having MULTIPLE products and then completely screwing up the sandwich? *sigh

First time ever there, went in and said I wanted to order. The girl there just pointed to a menu board and left. I already knew what I wanted, so when she eventually came back, I repeated I wanted to order. That's when I found out you have to fill out a slip with the order. There were two other people that were waiting that didn't realize this was the process and one of them left when he found this out after waiting for her to return. When I turned it in to her, she said they were out of one of the sandwiches, their signature sandwich The Wicked, which I was wanting two of in addition to another sandwich. As that was the main one I wanted, I left. I won't be back.

Asked for the “Grinder” and said no tomatoes. Opened the sandwich which I got home and it had tomatoes on it and no lettuce after I told them no tomatoes

Worst experience!! when I walked in there was no one in there. I placed my order. Was out of fries so was irrated at that but whatever it happens. Three more people walked in.. she helps them before starting my order. Ok cool until she decides to make ALL their orders before mine. When she finally got to mine she then tells me she doesn't have the meat to make my sandwich. I was the first one in and the last one to walk out And couldn't even get what I ordered bc of it. Didn't get the girls name but receipt says the user was Meya.

This location was out of everything, no turkey, shakes, fries, ham, brown lettuce... even no ice in the ice dispenser... and order cards were not restocked

The cleanest and most friendly which wich my family has been in! My son’s loved their sandwiches and my boyfriend and I loved the service. Ezekiel is the definition of customer service! He was quick and efficient as well as attentive to us and the boys. We weren’t expecting it to feel like full service restaurant. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!

Sub was good but a bit pricey. The employee had the the personality of a rock. Was my first time eating there and didn't know about filling out the order forms. When I asked he just pointed at the wall and walked away.

I love this chain and will try to visit if I'm near one. Good is always good and served as quickly as possible. The ability to customize your wich before you get in line is very helpful and expedites the ordering process too.

This place had been a consistent place to get food for years. However, it has gone downhill over the past year.Multiple changes to menu options and not enough bags to fill out your order the way you want. Store that is not regularly cleaned. Running out of basic items like lettuce. Longer times to prepare food. Uninterested staff which is a noticeable change from their previous workers.The past few times have also had me get sick from the food. Will not be going here for the foreseeable future.
