The manager of this location is very rude and has a bad attitude, he also had headphones on and did not listen well to his customers' orders. At the end I didn't buy anything because of the bad treatment.They urgently need a new manager.

Might as well change the hours on the door and online your employees seem to make there own hours for the store anyways they close when they feel like not when there supposed to I’m tired of trying to stop by when I get off of work to grab a sub and only half the time they are open to when they are supposed

THEY SOLD MY MONEY I placed an order on the subway app. I went in to pick it up and was told them never received it, at which point I should the email confirmation. I was told sorry there was nothing he could do and was trying to get to the next customer. I asked him what to do and he told me to call corporate and was told he didn't have the number. And of course there is no number for corporate. Send an email, was told they would look into it, nothing back. I PAID AND HAVE A CONFIRMATION AND THEY DID NOTHING!!!!!!!! The employee was rude, arrogant, condescending and was no help at all. said he would make our sandwiches if we paid AGAIN for them. SUBWAY has been going downhill for years, this is why! GO TO JERSEY MIKES ACROSS THE STREET LIKE I DID! AFTER I GOT MY MONEY STOLEN!

Walked in to get my son his favorite sandwich but all they had was flat bread. :( I even stopped by the bank before to ensure I leave cash tip ended up having to do something else.

I went into the store with my daughter last night around 830, and we promptly left and went to PUBLIX. The guy fixing sandwiches had no beard net, no hair net, and took the glove off his right hand to punch something into the computer, then puts the glove BACK on without washing his hands, continuing to make sandwiches.Common sense is to ?️COVER YOUR HAIR AND WASH YOIR FREAKING HANDS WHILE HANDLING PEOPLE’S FOOD!Subway has gotten gross!

I witnessed an extremely rude interaction between a store employee and customer. The employee (young girl) took out a loaf of bread and it accidentally touched a piece of ham on the counter. The customer asked nicely if he could have another piece of bread because he doesn’t eat pork. The employee was very irritated, rolled her eyes while getting another loaf and slammed it in the counter. The customer was taken aback and asked her why she was so upset. She became defensive, continued to roll her eyes at him and asked for his order very rude tone saying “This is MY store!”. The customer left without placing an order, and I left as well. Horrible employee!

I rarely post. The staff was polite and made it a quick experience. Mostly, the property, including restroom, was particularly clean and sanitized. I appreciated their attention to detail and would make it a point to stop here again when in the area.

The store was a bit dirty (tables, floor) but I looked past that. The lady serving wasn't the most friendly, but no guacamole. When asking for water cups (there was 3 of us), given a single cup. Worse, some of the salad had definitely seen better days - such as the brown lettuce). I wouldn't willingly come back here if passing through.

The customer service is horrible. I ordered subs online and got home to find out they were made wrong. I went back to the store for the girl working to refuse to remake my sandwiches . So I get to eat a sandwich that is about an hour old by the time I get home

I used to come with my husband. All the time but lately in these past couple months every time I come there is only one person working. Not only that but the store is always dirty, and the bathrooms are disgusting. I understand that its a lot for the employee that is there but there should be more employees working, That is just common sense. Weekdays morning shift employee (the lady who works is super rude). Night Shift awful on weekdays are a nightmare. I personally think that the main root problem in this location is the management. SUBWAY OWNERS please hire new employees and a NEW MANAGEMENT. Asap
