We had an incredible dinner and experience this evening at The Fish & Chip Shop located at Champions Gate. First of all, the staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely seem happy to be there taking pride in what they do. As we dined in we witnessed several customers come in who were known and addressed by name. You just don't see this these days and it was a welcome change from our most recent experiences around town. To say it simply, the service was top notch and makes us want to come back and be a part of this atmosphere. The food was equally delicious! We both had Haddock and shared a regular order of Chips which was suggested for two along with Coleslaw. The fish was perfectly crispy and came out piping hot. The portion for both regular and large were excellent and more than enough. The house made tarter was some of the best I've ever had. The cocktail sauce was also spot on. I opted for the Chip Curry Sauce that absolutely is a must. It was so flavorful and complimented the thick cut yet crispy chips. The coleslaw was a nice mix of creamy/vinegar which we were told is also made in house. The price was just about right as well clocking in at just under $40 including a tip. If we have one critique it would be the decor. We would have liked to have seen more British flair. Overall though, this is one of the best spots for Fish & Chips in the Four Corners area and is highly recommended!

My family and I chose to eat at this place while touring the Champions Gate area, and boy, what a great decision that was! The young ladies who took our orders/greeted us goodbye were pleasant and helpful. The fish and chips were hot and fresh... super soft and yummy. We enjoyed this place a lot and we are looking forward to coming back. :)

The food is delicious! Every time we have visited it's great! Nice family owned establishment. We will be back again and again. The service is excellent! The restaurant is always clean. I have had the fish, the shrimp, the delicious fries, and the refreshing sweet tea and loved every single one of them!

Eaten here quite a few times. Food generally ok. Being British we tend to travel further than normal for food. Todays journey being 1hr 35 mins on way. I understand that restaurants will say take out only etc 10/15 mins before closing - but to be told ‘take out only’ - 35 minutes before closing is categorically crazy. Especially for a meal that takes 7-8 minutes to cook. We had timed it perfectly so that we could feed our baby, eat our food then drive home… but it just wasn’t to be. Thankfully there are some other places nearby and we went to Clermont Fish House instead - arriving at 8.58pm (also close at 9pm). In contrast the staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to eat in comfort. I am actually due to be back in the area at Disney next week. But I’ll be going to one of the other British Places instead. As a customer that has been here many times over four years, today was most definitely the last.

Fresh and tasty! Steaming hot and delicious. The cod and hadock served with your choice of sides. I got the lunch special which included some fried shrimp but I couldn't resist the onion rings. We always enjoy our lunch here.

In The area for about 3 months. Heard good things about this place and had to try it. I only had a shareable of mushrooms which I had no one to share with today so I eat them all. Delicious! The fat tire was a good beverage to have with them. I will be back to try fish and chips.

OMG. When we say that this is what Fish & Chips are supposed to taste like, that's exactly what we mean. We are in Florida visiting and stumbled across this restaurant. HalleluYah!!! We are customers for Life. Do your Mouth a favor and eat here. I guarantee you that You will fall in love with their food.

As a Brit myself I was excited to hear about this place, about 30 minutes from my home. Easy to find, super clean and well maintained and that's were the praise stops! Portions sizes are good but why would I want so much of what's not great? Let's start with the chips, they are good size portions and they look like real English chips, not skinny American fries. However, they are a little greasy and undercooked. Love that they have vinegar on the table. Now the fish. This is NOT a classic British battered dish. My cod filet had been on a diet! It was so so thin. The batter, although crispy, was too thin with no bite to it. This is a one and done for us.

The customer service was excellent! I ordered the special that comes with a filet of fish, 3 shrimp and French fries! I really enjoyed my fried shrimp but my fish when I picked it up the skin at the bottom had come off so I was kind of not interested in the fish after that. The French fries was good as well especially with malt vinegar! I will definitely be coming back for that fried shrimp and great customer service !
