Our regular restaurant for many years. Time and time again the service and food are of the highest quality. Despite the difficult times that the catering industry has faced in recent years, Chris and his loyal team are always fully committed to the guests. Always cheerful, always up for a chat and the food is fantastic. My favourite; the Crazy Honey Salmon or the Flamed Salmon Nigiri. If you've never been here, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Zen forever!!!

Asian fine dining manifested. The food and wine were excellent. Probably one of the best manifestations of sea bass I've ever encountered. I chose my wine by recommendation of wait staff who didn't drink wine, so it was a long shot, but it was perfect for my palate. My only criticism would be that wait staff was clipped and short and literally raced around the restaurant, making me feel rushed and hurried in an environment that was otherwise relaxed and comfortable.

The food was good but the experience was weird. As we approached the hostess stand, the trash can behind the stand was over flowing with trash stacked way above the can. Well, maybe that is hotel's problem? Once inside Zen, we could see it was asian themed and upscale. First question from server was what kind of water we wanted so again thought upscale. But then, after ordering food, someone pushed trash cans past our table, not once but three times which was a deal breaker. The music was intermittent loud 90's pop that seemed very out of place. We were also celebrating an anniversary and there was no mention of it. Food was good but will not be returning.

We had a horrible experience here. The wait staff was lazy and racially offensive, the crowd it attracts is scummy, and the food was undercooked.

The place is a hidden gem. It is a very romantic setting and the staff is very friendly. Our waitress, Syrena, was excellent. She gave us suggestions for our appetizers as well as main course, which were excellent choices. My husband had sashimi and I had an amazing fish in garlic sauce that was to die for.

The best grouper I've had. We had lovely booth and we could talk. Often restaurant are soooo noisy that you can't carry on a conversation. The atmosphere here was lovely and food was delicious.

We enjoyed our meal at Zen. I had the grouper, and my husband had the sea bass. Both were very good. Our expectations were probably artificially high due to other reviews, but we were neither disappointed nor blown away. Our main criticism would be the pacing of service. Our drinks, appetizers and salad/soup course were all delivered on top of each other, then we waited quite a long time for our entrées. The restaurant itself was quite beautiful and we had a wonderful semi-circular table toward the back. Our server, Serena, was excellent. Unfortunately, a guest at a nearby never learned about “inside voices.” But that's not Zen's fault! Overall, we had a nice evening out.

Food was 4 out of 5, really good pan Asian cuisine, but THE SERVICE!!!! Out of control attentiveness and friendliness. Our server was named Ching, and she did an absolutely outstanding job - she was at our table every moment when we were even considering putting in more food or another drink, and just kept the drinks and food rolling. I wish every place had the efficiency of this venue - unbelievable service I'd highly recommend this place, and Ching!!

Unfortunately the food was flavorless. Nice staff. Pretty disappointed. The shrimp tempura roll was the best item we had.

Had a dinner with friends on Chrismas Eve.Ordered Shusi and California rolls. It was terrible. The steamed rice used was too wet and sticky. The chef needs to know how to cook the steamed rice.I couldn't see the rice bicoz it was dark. But, the rice used for sushi is different kind.High price and low quality.

What a wonderful surprise to find this restaurant on the Omni premises. Everything about our experience was wonderful. We had exquisite suchi and a simply delicious more traditional Chinese dish with sides. The service was excellent. Everything was so extraordinary, we are thinking about going back and having a repeat performance tonight!!

Food was very good, however; it did not come out of kitchen at the correct times. I had sushi and a shrimp course that hit the table within seconds of each other with my date was served her appetizer and main course spread nicely apart. We did feel rushed through the meal. I look forward to coming back to ZEN in the future and see if their service problems can be corrected.
