Stopped in for lunch and got a hamburger and Cajun chicken sandwich from a food truck. Sat inside the bar to eat and had one of their homemade beers, which was fantastic. The place was beautiful and very clean. The bartender was so very nice!! The decor was cool and the atmosphere was great!! Even stopped on the general store beside it and picked up some very good beer for the trip home. We'll definitely be going back!

This was my first trip here and I was surprised to see it wasn't even on Yelp yet. It's a great place! They had a variety of beer choices but also had wine and some other choices for non beer drinkers. Had food trucks outside and some things to keep the kids occupied. I saw one family bring some snacks and drinks for the kids while they relaxed and had a beer. Dog friendly too.

This brewery is a hidden gem in the Hammock Bay community. Beer is made on site and the brewery itself is spectacular. There are plenty of games for the kids to play and a big grassy area. There are also multiple food trucks which rotate daily.

Beautiful place. Great atmosphere and ambiance. However, was a little put off on sitting outside last evening and they just shut the lights off on all the guests, lock the doors and the guy bartender just walked to his car. No last call, no mention of closing… It was 930 and we lost track of time chatting and enjoying the beautiful night, but I didn’t even pay my tab! Nor could my friend and I use the restroom before our drive home. We were all just kind of in shock.

When we have family in, we ALWAYS introduce them to Props. Great atmosphere inside and out in the fresh air. Great brew and wonderful wine. Best of all are the bartenders! So fun and considerate with our questions and orders. TWO THUMBS UP PROPS BREWERY!!! ?? ??

Way overpriced and not memorably tasty. Also, I was not serviced at all. I ordered inside and had to go to the food truck and pick up my food, and expected to tip!?! The girl at the counter was rude, bored and seemed put out by having to take my order.

The bar and patio areas were great. The Mexican food truck sold us a "quesadilla" that looked like a burrito and wasn't toasted. Basically looked like a flour tortilla that was microwaved with cheese in it , we couldn't even eat it.

Grand opening day! 1st impression? Awesome! Nice point of sale set-up...beautiful facility...good tasting beer...filled to the top...and most importantly...not over priced! $6, $6.5 and $7...tiered pricing. Perfect! They could have botched this opening and went with 30A prices but didn't! Great job! I wish them well and hope they do great! I will frequent this place as I live across the street!Update: (Aug 2023) food truck fail. Beer is still good (hit and miss)...however Props food trucks are not. Sorry guys, your trucks need work. Food is subpar. I'm not sure the exact issue with Props and Hammock Bay, but I sure wish they can work something out and bring back the great rotating food trucks. Taco 30A, Thai to Go, The Locals, Mr. B's BBQ, etc. I heard (hearsay) that Props will charge food trucks a percentage of take because they (Props) brings the truck their business. Sorry, but the trucks bring Props additional business. I will buy a beer at Props while waiting on my tacos. No longer. I sit at Cajon Corner and wait on food with no Props beer. Too bad Jay Odom couldn't figure this part out. He did great with Direct TV add to HB, but this food truck deal is a fail. Props won, but we lost.

Nice atmosphere, but the food was barely edible. It seemed like there was very little effort to impress taste-wise. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was school cafeteria grade / basic at best (No spices or yummy sauces).?? My kid and husband were also not at all satisfied with what they ordered. It’s these types of dining experiences that confirm and motivate us to cook at home more and skip these local subpar restaurants. The beer must be REALLY good to distract from the mediocre food.
