Food delivery was fine, with no issues. John was my driver, he followed my no contact instructions. I find it weird that as soon I placed the order online, I was called to verify if I meant to not leave a tip due to a "glitch" on the website. I prefer to always tip 20% for my services in cash, so I put zero on my order. It felt super shady, tacky, and awkward to call about that. You're telling me the "glitch" only the tip portion of your website? As a service worker myself,I never expect tips, but they're always super appreciated. A tip doesn't determine my customer service nor the service I provide. It seems like a tip was going to determine my service from 352 Delivery, and that doesn't sit well with me. I'll be deleting my account.

The service is hit or miss. If you are sick of the other cooperate companies and the poor service, this is not your answer. Not only is it more expensive but the service can be just as terrible. One extra star for the employee who had to answer the phone and listen to me complain about the brain dead, deadbeat driver I had the pleasure of wasting my time and money with.

Today 352 Delivery was a true blessing. My Gator student was sick and unable to leave the dorm building and 352 driver went above and beyond to deliver her food. The food from la Tienda as just what she needed while away from home. We will for sure be using this service again and will highly recommend in the parent groups.
