Their ribs are incredible and after falling in love with their flavor, I’ve been on a quest to find better ribs elsewhere. In all my searching so far, I haven’t been able to find better ribs anywhere else that have the same great flavor on Adam’s ribs - even when traveling around the state. They’ve always been cooked just right and his seasoning is incredible. I’ve never been disappointed and as I’ll continue to say, I highly recommend their ribs. They have 3 locations around town so you can easily reach one of their locations when in Gainesville and you need to try this bbq restaurant.

Took the family after a long day of driving and sight seeing. We were all excited for BBQ except one who decided not to order. The rest of us we thrilled with our meals, the serving size was perfect for a 17 YO son who never stops eating and too much for my wife. We had the Moochele's special which included brisket and two sides along with garlic toast or corn bread. There was a lot of brisket. I always try the brisket with the sauce and it was exceptional, enough smoke to taste good but not overpower. I thought their sweet sauce was delicious. By the end of the meal the lone hold out who didn't want to order was eating our leftover brisket and fries. That should say enough.

Super tender fall off the bone ribs. Best collards anywhere. Adam's never fails to impress.

My fiance and I have been going to the two Adams Ribs restaurants for about 4 years, pretty frequently. Although the food can be variable, in terms of how much meat we get on the sandwich, how smokey/flavorful it is, and chunks of fat or grease it has, I'd say that we have generally been happy with the sandwiches. However, we went there Monday, and I was surprised at how fast they got our order to us, within about five minutes. Turns out there was a reason: the fries were not browned at all, half were raw in the middle and soaking wet/soggy with oil. The broccoli bites were frozen in the middle and disgusting. My fiance's fries were way over seasoned/salted as well. She wasn't very happy with the meat either, being that it was extra greasy, and after only a couple bites, she refused to eat any of the meal. So, about $30 wasted. If we weren't on the way to a doctor's appointment right from ordering this as takeout, we probably would have turned around and complained and would have wanted the meal replaced. To put everything in perspective, we've easily spent $1,000+ eating at Adams Ribs over the last 4 years. Mi Apa is another restaurant that can be very variable, as far as quantity and quality of food and drink, probably moreso than Adams, and we've all but stopped eating at Mi Apa because of this. If this happens again with Adams, we probably will stop spending our money there.*UPDATE* Adam's Rib Co reached out to us and made it right, thank you. I'm sure we'll be back to eat again soon.

Ordered Local BBQ (again!!) for our Client meeting to share the flavor of our town with visitors. Love the family recipes and the variety of menu. It would be easy to eat breakfast, lunch AND Dinner with these choices, but my favorite is anything chopped on garlic bread with mac-n-cheese. yummy!! Thanks Adam and Moo!!

Good spot to grab a 4 rib dinner with some sides I definitely recommend Adams Rib Co.

The food was so good the first time, I had to good back again. The first time I got the 4 rib plate with side of potato salad and baked beans. Both sides were obviously made from scratch on the premises. The ribs were extremely meaty and flavorful. No sauce is required. It was probably more food than I should have ate, but I forced myself. The second time I got the chicken dinner and had the mac and cheese and collards as my sides. I also ordered black eyed peas and cornbread. Again, everything was excellent. The chicken was tasty and moist. All the sides were better than expect. I will definitely go a few more times when I come back to finish my condo rehab.

Ordered the 4 rib plate. That was a mistake as there was too much food for me to eat. The ribs were meaty and had a great taste with no need for sauce. The two sides I ordered, baked beans and potato salad were obviously made on site and with love. I how want to go back and try some of the other sides and the chicken.

Dad was at Shands hospital. I noticed Adams rib co across the street one day. I called in an order of juat all meat ...pound of brisket, pound of pork, pound of chopped chicken and chopped turkey. 50 bucks out the door. U healthy people .... the turkey is a moist piece of meat with a peppered skin. Top 5 turkey in my life. Chicken was next best. Then pork then brisket. Get u some turkey you'll be gobbling it up. Believe me.

As you walk in floor dirty, on sunny day signs said wet floor. Waitress does not act friendly just not a place would recommend. There is welcome yells across the restaurant what you want to drink no welcome gesture.

I have eaten there three times for lunch in the past 6 weeks. The chicken has been dry...i think it was left over. I tried the brisket today and it wasn't good. It was like pot roast without flavor. I wont go back

Great BBQ chicken at a good price, same price whether lunch or dinner. Chicken is moist and cooked perfectly. I've only had greens and black eyed peas as sides. They're so good I can't not get them every time. And service is incredibly fast and friendly.
