I felt sorry for the staff since it seems they are short-staffed and greatly overburdened. However, the sanitary standards were worrying. People who were cooking were either wearing their masks improperly or not wearing one. There was no apparent change of gloves between cleaning customer tables or taking credit cards and returning to make food. I would suggest keeping two different colors of gloves so that they can remind themselves to change and to make it more obvious that they are changing them. People cooking were also touching their noses and faces during food preparation. There was a long wait time but I didn't mind since a sign on the door warned about short staffing and the wait time. I give four stars for this review because I believe Covid has greatly impacted this business.

As an Uber eats driver everything is organized and timed. The app said the food was ready and when I went to pick up they hadn't even started the customers order. The worker made an excuse that the machine didn't beep that there was a receipt waiting. That doesn't mean mobile orders have stopped. Do better. Waited over 40 minutes for a small order. The customer was very unhappy. They were understaffed on their busiest day, Sunday. The owners need to do better. Or don't take mobile orders.

Excessive wait time for sub-average bagels. Asiago bagel was literally a plain bagel with a strip of cheese melted onto it. Waited about 30 minutes for this puppy. Can't speak to the breakfast food, but if you have "bagel" in your name, you have to be better than this.

The staff was super friendly! My friend is allergic to nuts and they offered to wipe down the griddle before making her pancakes. The place was small but the food came out at a good time, portions were huge and the prices were great. One of my favorite places to get breakfast in town.

I saw a review about the owner not wearing a mask while cooking, I thought this would prompt him to start wearing one but when I went today he still wasn't. Besides that the bagels and hashbrowns were good--for the relatively low price. Kinda dirty but an easy place to go.
If I could give them no stars I would. We sat and waited for our food for an hour and a half as we watched them serve all Togo orders and delivery orders in 10 mins or less. We all got our food at different times and it was all cold. Then we waited at the counter to pay for 10 mins. As we waited we noticed none of the staff was wearing gloves and at least one cook/server wasn't wearing a mask. After no one tried to take our payment we just dropped some cash on the counter and left. We will not be back.

Owner makes your food without a mask! I placed my order online and arrived 20 minutes later. A waitress told me very casually it would be another 20 before my food was ready, even though there were only 3 tables sat at the restaurant. I waited outside in my car and came back in to see the owner making my food, breathing all over it without a mask on. I immediately asked for a refund and left as quick as possible. I suggest everyone AVOID this dirty establishment. Eat at the metro diner next door instead.
