Had a morning meeting in Gainesville so pulled up Yelp and sought out the best rated pastry. Didn't disappoint! Friendly service as I walked through the door and you could tell that their options were dwindling even at 8:30am! I'd be curious to see everything available when they first open up. I asked for recommendations, and was directed toward the breakfast tart and the butter croissant. Both were very satisfying. The breakfast tart was hearty, a pillowing pastry filled with potatoes, eggs, bacon, and cheese. I was hungry and this thing vanished as I hit red lights on my way to the meeting. The croissant was enjoyed in a much more controlled manner while sipping my coffee. Buttery and flavorful without being overly crumbly. I was able to eat it at the meeting without making a massive mess of myself. Definitely will stop in anytime I'm in the area.

Some of the best buttercream and cream cheese frosting I’ve ever had. So fluffy and airy, it’s what keeps me coming back. And their seasonal pumpkin bread is to die for. Can’t go wrong with what you get here, but they often sell out early, around 10, so get there while you can!Also one thing to note, is even if you get there right when they open, don’t expect any hot out of the oven pastries, at least not in my experience. Had to put some pastries in the oven to make them steamy again, but they’re still great at room temp

Amanda and team are the best. The quality is always consistent and they do a great job of inserting some rotational items while maintaining fan favorites. The only downside for me (and doesn't deserve a star reduction) is the location. I wish there was an option on the west side. It was great carb1loading on a Saturday morning at Haile, but that was a long, long time ago. Hopefully, Amanda will expand out this way again in the future...ideally a second bakery storefront!
First time stopping in. Got a half-dozen random. Not a bad one in the bunch. Good value as well.

Amazing selection of pastries & baked goods. The staff was super friendly & willing to answer all of our questions about how things are made and what they recommend etc. You can also tell that they make an effort to build real relationships with their customers as they knew everyone by name who walked in and really makes you miss that type of mom & pop shop. Being here just brought joy to my day ☀️
