Akira made our night. His customer service was amazing. He took my order even advised me of other things I could add to my Poke bowl that no one has ever even gave me that option. He went above and beyond. He is an important part of your business.
Bento is usually a popular and busy restaurant in Gainesville (all of their locations). This last visit was during spring break and nearly all of the tables were terribly dirty while there were *no* customers at the time of my visit (about 6pm). I had to clean my own table.The food was great as is often the case and the staff were friendly.

Restaurant was dirty, I spent $80 on 2 meals and 2 sushi rolls with 2 boba drinks only to find out the only thing I actually thought taste good was the egg rolls. It’s over priced and the food is horrible. Will not go again.

This was an AMAZING poke bowl. Best i've ever had! Build your own poke bowl. With salad and rice and cream cheese and krab delight and krab stick and mushrooms and cucumbers and grape tomatoes. and sweet chili sauce and yum yum sauce. AMAZING!!

This place has gone downhill. We used to come all the time when we lived here. Happened to be in town so we stopped by and wow, can’t believe what they’ve let happened to this place. Booths and chairs are covered in tears. The place is visibly dirty. It was empty with not one clean table. I had to get napkins and use the soda machine water to wet them and clean a table myself. The food was not as good as it used to be. Not as much fish and heavy on the rice. There are definitely some management issues or maybe owners just don’t care that their restaurant looks like this. Will not be back.

Ordered off of uber eats. The food was undercooked, had zero utensils in the bag, and not only was it undercooked but the wontons felt frozen on the inside. Used to be my favorite place to eat/order but the last year or so it’s nauseating. Thought i’d give it a shot since it’s been a while that I ordered, I remember why I stopped.

Ordered the TNT roll, which I normally LOVE however, this time they put some sort of smoked seasoning on it. For anyone with food allergies, this is absolutely not okay. Incredibly disappointing, and dangerous.

Very fresh, very fast, and very tasty food. I had a rice bowl as well as a sushi roll and everything was fresh made and delicious. The restaurant is nicely decorated and everyone was super friendly. We ate close to closing and tried to be respectful and leave quickly but they didn't seem at all bothered by our late arrival. My friend got a bento box and it looked absolutely divine. She thoroughly enjoyed it.Parking: Parking lot is tight and shared with a few restaurants, but there were spaces available. We ate between 9 and 10 pm and it was still super busy.
